as soon as you tune in with actions and thoughts from the heart from acceptance - life gives you everything, you give yourself everything.
A couple more days and I will end my stay in Berlin. I have a lot of work here, a lot of acquaintances and time spent in communication. It inspires me. I won't lie, it's also very exhausting. Therefore, my next stop will be Munich and Italy with a friend, where we can just be, just meditate, just listen to the sound of the sea.
And to be honest, I already missed Kyiv, my parents, my Kali and Barney.
The only thing that really triggers me right now is the contrast of emotions that appear in me when my best friend writes to me. He is currently in one of the front-line zones, he was assigned to a flamethrower brigade. I really want to believe in the best, not to screw myself up ... but despite my natural optimism, in this situation I am very pessimistic. And I can't do anything about it. In my head, I have already lost, buried, cried all the important men of my past life. Maybe it's just that my psyche is preparing me for the worst, so that I just don't go crazy if it really happens.
PS : advice card - Knight of the Rainbow - slow down. WE, like a turtle, carry our home wherever we go. There is no need to rush, there is no need to seek shelter elsewhere. Even when we move into the deep waters of emotion, we can remain self-fulfilled and free from attachments. The time has come when you are ready to let go of any expectations you had of yourself and others and accept responsibility for all the illusions you carry. You don't need to do anything, just rest in the fullness of who you are now. Keep this quality of slowing down, come to rest and to the understanding that you are already home.

These are some of the most beautiful photographs. I really love the series of pictures 12-15.

More powerful than the beautiful portraits you post are the insights into your experiences as someone directly impacted by the awful aggression unleashed on your family, friends and nation.
