I think you did not realize something very important at the end of the second episode. When Hanji came out of the cockpit (45:30) she asked Zeke if everything played out as he hoped. That line obviously indicates that Zeke was working with Eren all along and that he betrayed all of his Marleyan commrads and all of this was planned to happened. Zeke working with Eren was supposed to be a plot twist but you didn't react how I expected you to, you looked like you didn't understand what was happening. Also Yelena is a female soldier who as Pieck said is a devout follower of Zeke and since Zeke is working with the survey corps (Eren to be precise) she was helping out too by trying to stop the cart and jaw titan from joining the fight, so yes that was an Armin.

i cant blame eren, (if you finished the show ykyk) even before i reached the end, i understood why he did it, he just chose the wrong way. in my opinion….

Basically yelena was one of the first scouts marley send to paradis, but this scout ship went missing. We can pretty much safely assume that yelena let herself get captured by paradise to cooperate with them, since we now know from pieck that yelena is a follower of zeke and zeke secretly also works with paradise
