If he’s using animepahe I know you can change the video quality to 1080p. Maybe he has it set to 720p by mistake? It looks good on my end personally.

Not trying to nitpick, but Avdol really is named Avdol officially. It's just that Abdul is a real life name, while Avdol isn't. So some translations just name him that way, like the ones you're watching now.
