🕑 Added 2023-01-27 13:13:40 +0000 UTCI am finally home (in Spain). I will finally sleep in my crib and be able to plan my next shoots. The trip to Tenerife exceeded almost all my expectations. I thought it would be a little warmer there, but... the weather turned out to be perfect for fully enjoying the island and seeing it differently. We visited an incredibly beautiful volcanic beach near the ocean in cloudy weather - we tried to hide under a rock from the rain, but it turned out to be useless and we just decided to enjoy how everything turned out - we ran naked in the rain, splashed in the ocean, hugged the sand. It seems to me that this is now my most vivid memory from my entire life.
We were near the Teide volcano - the whole way I cried because of the greatness of this place. This is such a powerful place that I felt like I was just tiny in space, I felt worthless, and only at the end of the trip was I able to fully enjoy this trip because my ego dissolved. And you won't believe it, but at the end we saw a full rainbow on the Martian landscape.
We were also in the south of the island, where we spent a relaxing day on a wild beach, where I met an ocean snail in a puddle. It was huge, translucent with a black barely noticeable pattern on its body - its body opened and closed from above like one continuous gill - it slowly passed and tasted algae from the stone bottom. I noticed shrimp around him. As soon as I stopped to examine them more closely, they all froze and just looked at me with their black beady eyes. Black, red, blue crabs, hermit crabs, various small fish, sea urchins, clams....all in one pool in a stone pit near the ocean.
I reconsidered a lot of things on the island. I laughed and cried a lot. And I am very glad that Dar'yana was with me on this trip. For me and for her, this year was very difficult, it changed us irrevocably. We talked a lot - shared thoughts, emotions and experiences. And you know, I am very sorry to hear from talented people that they consider themselves worthless. Like me, Daryana shoots nude girls and self-portraits - and she does it very well (colors, poses, atmosphere, ideas). But due to the war, the move to Los Angeles and the loss of friends and relatives (due to distance), she stopped filming. Now I'm trying to inspire her to do new shoots - just go and look at her profile (she deleted most of the shoots, unfortunately), but you can see some of them in IG(@daryana.fly) or them all on Patreon. And tell me why really talented people face the feeling of "lack of talent". I also sometimes have this feeling, but it has never prompted me to quit what I am doing. And if you really like her works - don't hesitate to write her a couple of words, maybe it will somehow motivate her or allow her to believe in herself a little.
PS This one shoot was as experiment with @makivkaya . It was difficult for me for the first time, and not so good result but i will try more and more shoot couple selfportraits

I am not a photographer, so I may be missing some of the nuance. But, several of these are beautiful in concept. I love the feelings.

Julia, I have to say this set is great. I think you can always found your own feelings in human body. Although this is a first try, outcomes are still stunning for me. Hope to see more multiple body works in the future😍😍
