Ahhh oh wow thank you so much, that's so kind of you to say! I really appreciate it. Expressive monsters are definitely the most fun thing to draw. It's amazing how much expression you can pull from tiny pupils and too many teeth :D

Thank you so much! I usually work on them bit by bit throughout the month so it's hard to say exactly. Probably anywhere from a couple of days to a week depending on complexity! I think it varies a lot with how many characters are on the page, and how much time I spend rearranging and redoing things.

As an added thing, I absolutely love how you've managed to grasp facial expressions. Like, your character design is incredible as a starting point because everything looks so unique and memorable but the way you mold their expressions into their design is just awesome. In this you've got the huge open mouth to show that they're shouting but at the same time they have visibly sharp teeth and a long reptilian tongue. Or even narrowing the eyes for a prolonged silence but they already start with a tiny pupil. Everything we see them express is completely recognisable without taking away from their base design. It just adds into the idea of "yes, these are monsters.... yes, these monsters experience office squabbles". It's incredible. Plus, you always fantastically ground the atmosphere with comic relief that intentionally makes them so stupidly relatable - like on the third page. Just *mwah* 👌 exquisite stuff
