June 2025 Status Report
🕑 Added 2025-06-30 17:46:28 +0000 UTCProgress continues on v27 but its still not done quite yet, probably 2ish more weeks of work and it should be good to go. So may have been better to release a smaller update last month, but I really wanted a major update like v27 to have a decent chunk of new, self-contained content, and oh well we're in too deep now.
Which I did underestimate how much there would be to do still, and also got a bit carried away with one of the scenes, and also adding a loss scene to the Ars Delusian Fog event this month.
As for what was done this month in general, it's now possible to get the Intelligence Sigil-related objective completed in the Eros District, which also needed some number tweaking to not be too much of a grind.
The teased Lumiren art got implemented into the game, including for the scene Val did last month.
I got Val to go over the pain sensitivity of a handful of characters and update their combat dialogue to match, which I then edited, so this will mean some of the rough-and-tumble-type ladies are a bit more into rough-and-tumble lewds.
There's of course also been a few bug and typo fixes cause those always trickle in.
But most time-consuming and the meat of this month's work has been going into the Starlight District's Intelligence Sigil-related location. Which at this point now has all of its main progression completed (but not yet tested). I definitely thought it would be simpler to implement last month than it actually was, as there was a lot of stuff still that needed to get fleshed out from the draft version, including finalizing some of the puzzles/main events and giving the location a decent amount of descriptions and content, as well as some art needing to get implemented for some new characters.
I'm going to keep it all a bit vague of course cause I don't want to just spoil the whole thing, but as mentioned last month its very much a puzzle/think location, and there is not going to be any new fights here.
However, there will be lewd traps and other punishments that can occur with wrong decisions. These are currently one of the things left to do. One of the finished ones I got a smidge carried away with, but I'm sure people will enjoy it. Other thing left to do is a few specific points of interest in the location. And probably add some tips for some of the puzzles in a "Stop and think..." menu I set up in case players want a nudge in the right direction.
But yeah progress has been good, even if there's just been a lot of stuff to get done for the update.

Thanks as always for a very comprehensive and exciting progress report! Implementation being more work than expected is basically a developer's job, so I hope people will take it as par of the course - I know I certainly am, especially seeing as we have such a big update to look forward to! Take your time, and enjoy the process! Indulging yourself with a scene is a great sign to me to say that you are enjoying the world you're building, which is wonderful news as a player; no art is better than that crafted with love. Hints of romanticism aside, keep up the good work, and thanks for always being the Best-hold!
