November 2024 Status Report and Ancilla CG Teaser

Well past me was silly for thinking I could get the update I wanted done in such a time frame with family time eating 2ish weeks this month.
I didn't even really find time to post a teaser for this Ancilla CG during it, so I'm doing so now! I hope people like it. :D
Start of month was taking stock of things, checking in with artists, then deciding to make the progress chart, which is hopefully informative, along with doing typo and bug fixes, before getting into starting the Livewire alleyway event. Which currently only includes the initial infrastructure, event logic, and dialogue, cause then fam time started.
During said two weeks some art progressed, and the displayed Ancilla one was completed, and additionally Val wrote up visiting the ghost trio convos and some lewd scenes for them. I still need to finish going over the content for editing, probably be done today.
Then once fam time was done it was a bit of post fam recovery, then into taking stock of everything again, going through all the bug and typo reports that accumulated to fix those. Then into editing Val's work, and starting to set up the Ancilla CG.
While theoretically I could put out a smol update this month if I rushed through the editing and CG implementation, I think it's a better plan to put off an update till next month to get everything in properly, and have the Livewire alleyway event in. Plus whatever else happens to get worked on before I decide the update is ready for next month.
There's also a weird and elusive Ceris related bug floating around I want to fix first as well.

I'm well aware, that was part of the pun I meant myself...

She's not called Ancilla because she's ancillary, she's called Ancilla because it's literally the Latin word for "Maid" (well, female servant). Same root/origin, but the pun is that she's a maid, not that she's a support character.

My god that Ancilla CG is amazing....

Ancilla, my beloved! I know she's probably meant as an ancillary character, but I am actually quite smitten with her and very happy with the devtime she's gotten. Is this going to appear in the fights? Oh darn, she knows how to make a level 60 adventurer go soft.

Take your time please, do not rush. Better to polish and see a pristine gem of a game.
