January Status Report
🕑 Added 2022-01-31 21:10:26 +0000 UTCSo Beris' fight is basically done at this point barring one of her combat events and her loss scene, which I should be able to get done today. As well as testing and balancing, a decent chunk of which I did while getting these screen shots.
After testing more I may also decide to tweak a few things she has, but that's very much loose ends type stuff.
I also got her talking scenes about her sisters and the labyrinth done, and finished off the temptation event I mentioned in the last report.
I unfortunately lost a fairly solid chunk of work time this month due to getting my second covid shot and ka-blahing from that, or I would have the fight fully done.
Beris was also kind of weird to write and make a fight for with how crass, mean, and aggressive she is outside of the bar interactions, definitely not something I normally do. So that was interesting and definitely made thinking on how she'd act and fight a bit difficult.
But this month has definitely been an improvement over the last for keeping progress going as well as getting back up to my normal word count per day, though that's not an exact measure of productivity given not everything I do is words, but 3000ish words in one day is definitely what I'd like to try and maintain per day. And getting my sleep schedule in line finally is definitely helping.
So with that said next month I'll be wrapping up the rest of Beris' loose ends and starting on Ushris and her floor, which I'm looking forward to a lot, and feeling confident I can make continually improved progress in writing speed.
Though she does still need her floor layout done and her movement patterns programmed and such alongside her other stuff, like a fight, I'm fairly confident I can get her done and move onto Iabel in a decent time frame.
Additionally all the lewd cg art and new imp art I teased a while back, with the exception of Tabitha's, is now in game. Though this was mostly delegation on my part.
And with the new year rolling around art commissions art starting to pick up again (artists need to rest too!), though I'm very sure I wont be teasing anything until after the labyrinth is done so people don't get excited for content that's not soon.
I hope people are still looking forward to the next update as much as I am! Even if it's taking abysmally long.
I'm definitely going to hold off on the update release until the entire labyrinth is done.

How much time did your booster shot cost you? When I got mine it only put me out of commission for 1 day.

Something I like about this particular game is that even the 'meanest' girls are like, just a bit tsundere. They're comically mean, not mean spirited. I feel as if every 'insult' they throw is more playful than anything, even if they say it with a straight face. I don't particularly enjoy actual 'asshole' girls in my games personally. Beris strikes that balance for me. Can't wait to deal with her and her sisters.

It's so funny how you're having a hard time imagining what a mean and crass woman would say because I have no problem writing them but struggle with the cute and friendly girls. We should swap projects for a month and sort each other out. Just remember that also means I get your followers for a month too, just think it over ^^

Honestly I've really been waiting for months now and I just wish I could get some new content ofc I know it takes a lot of time and your health is at the 1st place. But it sucks also bc most mods, with which we could kill some waiting Time, don't even work properly

Nice job on the progress! Really excited for the update. I get why it's taking forever, it is a gigantic addition after all, but I'd really appreciate updates, even if it's floor-by-floor. Going this long without playable updates is a big bummer.

I don't want to give out a date until I know for sure when it will be done. I'm sorry for the horrible wait on this content update. But things are progressing well now, so it shouldn't be super ultra far off at this point but it will still take time. I will do my best to keep people updated as it moves forward.
Agreed, last update was nearly six months ago. I love the project and I'm excited for new content. Of course I don't want apply more pressure, but it's been a really long time.
I know this is always hard to tell but is there at least some sort of a date when we can expect new content? Its been a long time, and I wont unsubscribe but it would be really nice to know if we can get anything in the next few months
