The Gender Overhaul: Research

After a bunch of "research" (and a nice chat with an extremely helpful domme), I think I have enough to get started, but I would love to hear more from you about your priorities.
Currently, the changes I have planned fall into two basic buckets:
New events focusing on rewards instead of punishments. They will be available to all genders, but seem to be important to dommes in particular. This also fits with the spirit of inclusivity, because not all doms are sadists, and people have been asking about this for a while. This will also allow you to be a somewhat "gentler" master overall.
Flexibility of existing events: Most existing events will be extended to work with any combination of master/slave genitals (with a few exceptions that simply don't translate), but I also wanted to take this opportunity to whine about rewiring every damn event to use dynamic pronouns.
The current strategy is to allow male, female, and neuter pronouns (defaulting to "he" or "she," but editable from the inspection screen and the rules assistant). I'm currently planning on using "it" instead of the more-correct "they" form for neuter slaves, mostly because the latter messes with verb conjugation. If that's a game-breaking issue for anyone, let me know.
As always, I would like as much feedback as I can get through all stages of this patch (especially because we're getting into stuff that's unfamiliar territory for me). If you have any questions or comments, please let me know.

Non-sadistic domination events would be really great. Also, he, she and it are totally fine for me.
