I mean we already had cross breeds of a sort with either 11 a or b when they weren't keeping the mother's race but took on traits from both species and then down the line the kids eventually looked human

not sure that's correct biologicly speaking. there is something called genetic incompatibility. you can have a horse cum bareback galllons of sperm in a human woman, she can't get pregnant from it

Or allow mixed breeds of say male eko and female felanis by forcing slaves to breed with each other

hell no for male slaves. unless you make the PC capable of being females and you leave the choice to have only one gender slaves
