This is going a lot better than I had hoped.I broke the 3-way stretch goal tie by voting for the surgery center, because it will combine well with the transformation update. As much as I'd love to just do everything, that would take ages, and I want to do a pretty fast release schedule here.
The plan is to release the final build of 0.7 over the weekend and get started on 0.8 immediately afterwards. 0.8 is a little bigger in scope, so it will be longer than two days before the first build is out, but I hope it will be worth the wait. The preliminary feature list is:
Slaves age over time (can be disabled in the options menu)
Orbital camera controls in cutscenes
New room: Gym
Contains workout machines that make your slaves gain muscle over time
New room: Hospital
Contains Autodoc, Advanced Autodoc, medical fabricator, and Chrono chamber
Transformation menu on slave inspection screen:
Restrictive Diet: Makes slave thinner over time
Fattening Diet: Makes slave fatter over time
With basic autodoc:
Add/remove implants to breasts and butt
Liposuction
With advanced autodoc:
Directly adjust your slaves' appearances with sliders
Make immortal
With medical fabricator:
Steroids/Antisteroids
Breast size hormones (both directions)
Ass size hormones (both directions)
Lactation/Anti-lactation hormones
With chrono chamber:
Increase/decrease age (will not decrease below 18)
New slave events:
Birthday, Amazon, Post-op, Emaciated, Watermelons, Pig
New markets:
Sunset Farms, selling mature slaves
Bigger and Better, selling chubby/fat slaves
Tweaks:
Lactation switching to sliding scale, and non-lactating slaves won't be able to use the dairy unless you have a medical fabricator.
Dairy earnings will be linked to lactation quantity, which will increase gradually as hormones do their work

We'll see. I might add that to a future feature list, but I'm at a bit of a disadvantage when it comes to that because of the display. Something like Aztec revivalism in Free Cities involves a few events and descriptions, but to pull that off convincingly here would require a complete model/texture overhaul. I would put that on the level of female protagonist or male slaves in terms of the amount of work required, and I don't know if the demand will be high enough to justify it. We'll see though; I've already been surprised by people's priorities.
Beaches
So the inspiration comes from free cities, will you be modelling your game on that? If so can we expect too see laws and adopting cultures like in free cities or is it too early to say?
