The Janitor - Revisited
Part Two
Now that it was safe to say things had changed, Matt came to really enjoy fucking Derek in his office during work hours. Most of the time, he'd use one of his massive hands to muffle the grunts threatening to escape the expectant exec's mouth while the other cupped and fondled his growing bulge.
It was quite understandable that Derek had come to loathe the other man, yet he literally kept letting him in ‘cause not only did he need it, but the damage had already been done. It wasn't like he was going to get any more pregnant, thank God!
But following the conclusion of their latest romp, Derek always promised himself that was the last time. It never was though because he'd quite obviously become addicted to having Matt's cock deep up inside him.
After every session, after making himself another promise he knew he wasn't going to keep, Derek did his utmost to act like he hadn't done what he just had, if only for the sake of his waning sanity. Presently, he was struggling to button himself back into his tight shirt when all of a sudden, he felt an intense bloom of pressure in his core, which made him groan as his face flushed and his back arched.
As his shirt quickly became tighter still, the strange and unfamiliar sensation filled him to the brim. The buttons on Derek's shirt strained even more as he clutched his middle as it visibly and physically shoved outward in every direction.
Now gasping for breath, the thirty-three year old looked down at himself realizing that not only his shirt, but his pants had also grown notably tighter in a matter of seconds. After another thirty or so seconds had passed, the tension Derek was experiencing finally began to mitigate, but the resulting bloat did not. As he continued to stare down at it, Derek guessed his middle had gained at least two inches in every direction and though he couldn't see it, the seat of his pants felt a lot tighter.
“What the hell… was that?!” He panted as he looked over to Matt for answers he somehow knew he'd have.
The hunky janitor didn't give him any knowledge, nor did he return his gaze. Instead, he looked down at himself as he worked the zipper of his coveralls back up.
All breathless and clueless, Derek collapsed back onto his chair. “Fuck!” He exhaled.
Once he'd finished redressing, Matt came and stood to his right. He reached over and down and gave Derek's belly a couple pats, impressed with himself at how huge it was getting.
Next, his hand moved up to cup, grope and caress the sexy exec's chest. As soon as he did so, Derek slapped it away, his face reddening again as he crossed his arms over his other growing mounds, causing himself to grimace at the pressure doing so caused. Derek's chest had gotten quite puffy and sensitive… It was almost plump now, with little of its previous definition left.
“You're really startin’ to get big,” Matt rather needlessly noted.
“Starting?!” Derek huffed.
Matt walked over to his equipment cart, squatted down in front of it and started rummaging around. After a few seconds, he pulled out a giant thermos and a large plastic cup. He stood, came over and sat the latter on Derek's desk before undoing the top of the thermos and pouring some of its contents into it. It was another one of those thick and creamy shakes…
“Drink that,” he said after he'd finished pouring. “All of it.”
Derek looked from the cup to up at him and glared. “You can leave now. I'm done with you for today.”
Matt looked back at him in silence for the next several seconds before suddenly turning and heading back to his cart. Silently, hee grabbed its handle and started pushing it towards the door.
He didn't say anything as he left, hopefully to go do some actual work for a change. Yeah, right… He was probably off to go think up some other ways to torment and further intimidate Derek, the man carrying his three babies.
After Matt shut the door behind him, Derek slumped deeper into his chair, his hands going up to press against his throbbing temples.
He asked himself for the countless time, what the fuck was he doing? What the fuck was he going to do?! What the fuck had become of his life?!
Everything that had happened, was going to, and/or he continued to let, was all ridiculously bad, but what was there to do about it now? Nothing, but just keep going along with it, all while continuing to grow in the process. Fuck!
All Derek could do was hope in presumably vain that somehow, someway, no one would put two and two together and figure out he was carrying a few illegitimate children. Yeah, fucking right! The stares and the looks he was already getting were not only increasing in frequency, but also in discern. It was only a matter of time before he was found out…
As a result, Derek was becoming increasingly withdrawn at work. This was quite atypical for him given his personality and executive position, and it didn't really work. The more he holed up in his office, the more people seemed to try and seek Derek out, maybe just to look and gawk at what'd become of his midsection, which could hardly pass for the beer belly he “wanted” it to anymore.
He canceled almost all his meetings that week, even ones taking place over phone or video. Derek leaned more heavily on his team to oversee his accounts and meet with his ever-needy investors. While everyone did a good job, his withdrawal from his usual duties and responsibilities didn't go unnoticed. Derek knew he wasn't going to be able to keep things going the way they were without most likely losing his job.
Again, fuck!
*****
“You're underweight,” Dr. Porter informed Derek during his most recent exam.
He was shocked. Gobsmacked.
“Underweight?! How could I be underweight?” He scoffed. “I can't fucking stop eating! I'm already a goddamn blimp!”
“You're having triplets, Mr. Carter,” Porter reminded, even though he most definitely didn't need to, seeing as that was pretty much all Derek could think about.
“In general…” the doctor continued. “Men, yourself included, have lower fat stores than women, along with narrower pelvises, which tends to make fetuses be carried more outward, making them appear bigger than they actually are.”
“They look and feel plenty big, if you ask me!” Derek huffed.
“Yes, but which one of us is the doctor here?” Porter asked with a chuckle, attempting to brighten his patient's notably dark mood.
“So what? You want me to eat even more than I already am?!” The young exec huffed again.
“Eat and drink,” Dr. Porter said as he scribbled on his prescription pad before tearing off a sheet and handing it over. “Get this filled and start drinking them as soon as possible. Your pregnancy is complicated enough without adding issues of the babies being underweight.”
“What is this I'm supposed to be drinking?” Derek asked as he tried and failed to read the doctor's chicken scratch.
“They're prescription strength nutritional beverages,” the specialist replied. “I want you to drink three a day on top of what you've come to normally consume.”
“But what I've come to normally consume isn't normal!” Derek huffed. “It's absurd!”
“I'm sure it seems that way to you, but as you now now, you're condition is nearly unprecedented,” Porter nodded. “You're only the second male patient I've worked with, and one of the first men in the world, known to be carrying multiples. That all being said, I think it would be wise if we increase your visits from monthly to…”
“Once a month is enough,” Derek cut him off as he somewhat struggled to sit up.
He just couldn't believe how quickly his body was changing, or that apparently, it wasn't as quick or as much as it needed to be! Already, Derek hardly recognized himself anymore!
Once he was standing, Derek instinctively cupped his belly as he frowned down at it. He was digested not only by it, but himself.
He spent the weekend at home, solely in sweats, making sure to drink all three of the stupid, chocolate-flavored “nutritional” beverages he'd been prescribed, daily. The good news was they weren't as bad as Derek thought they'd be, to the point the come Sunday afternoon, he belatedly realized he was drinking his fifth one that day. That being said, they were nowhere near as tasty as the ones Matt gave him, the fucker…
Once he'd chugged down what was left in the fifth bottle of shake, Derek put the cap back on and tossed it aside on the couch. The cushion he wasn't occupied was littered with bottles and various other wrappers. All of a sudden, another massive belch flew from his mouth as his stomach rumbled.
Well, he thought facetiously to himself. At least the damn babies seem to be happy…
He wiped his upper lip on his sleeve and then leaned back and closed his eyes, praying once again that this was all some bad, demented dream, but of course it wasn't. This was Derek's life now and things were probably only going to continue to get worse.
He might've “only” been approaching six months along but already, Derek swore he looked like a woman who was due any day. Fucking triplets…
As much as he hated to admit it, he was surprised no one at work had confronted him about his unconfirmed but almost undeniable condition yet, but he knew someone would soon. Everyone knew. They had to, they were probably just waiting for Derek to make his “happy” announcement.
The waistband of his sweats was shoved low beneath the jutting swell of his gut. The matching top was pulled taut over the mound but failed to make it all the way down, leaving the lower portion of his belly bulging out over his lap.
While Derek had caved and bought new work clothes, he'd yet to get any new, bigger casual pieces. Work clothes were one thing, but buying an entire new wardrobe was something he wasn't ready to think about doing yet.
*****
Derek couldn't stop eating (or drinking his shakes.) His continually advancing condition left him constantly ravenous, so he couldn't understand how the babies could possibly be underweight? Then again, he was carrying three of them…
While he was busy shoving another handful of popcorn soaked in butter into his mouth, his phone rang. Getting his screen all greasy, Derek answered through his mouthful without having bothered to check the caller ID.
“Yeah?”
“Bro!”
Derek immediately tensed. It was his literal brother, Evan.
Normally, he didn't have a problem with him, but had he bothered to check who was calling, he wouldn't have answered. He didn't want to talk to Evan or anyone else in his family, now or anytime soon.
“Evan! How are you?” He greeted after swallowing.
“Good. I'm in town last minute for work. Thought I'd swing by and we could go grab some drinks?”
The two hadn't seen each other in months. Not since before Derek knew he was pregnant. Evan had a job similar to his own and he traveled a lot so it wasn't unusual for him to pop into town unannounced. Derek cursed himself for not thinking of this sooner…
“Oh, wow… OK, um…” he hesitantly replied. “Sorry, work's been keeping me super busy too, so…”
“I figured. Haven't seen or heard from you in ages,” Evan cut in. “So..?”
“So, um… Yeah… W-when're you gonna be passing through?”
“Right now!”
“What?”
The doorbell rang. “I'm outside!” Evan laughed.
“Oh, r-really?!” Derek choked out. “Shoot… I'm, uh… I'm kinda busy right now, so, um…”
“If you can't do drinks, we can just say hi and bye. Now open up man!” His brother said as he rang the bell again.
“God damn it!” Derek muttered under his breath. “Alright, um… Hold on a sec,” he said as he ended the call and heaved himself off the couch, grunting from the effort doing so had come to require.
As he looked around and then down at himself, he swore that in a matter of mere weeks, he'd turned into a whale. A messy one, he belatedly realized as he looked around the living room. The place was a pigsty: junk, bottles of his shakes, and food wrappers everywhere. As far as he was normally concerned, tidiness and cleanliness were next to godliness, but obviously, not as of late.
“Fuck, fuck, fuck!” He groaned, cupping his belly as he stared down at it in dread.
There might not've been any chance of hiding it anymore, but he could at least do a little better than he presently was, so Derek headed for his bedroom. As he did, he refused to acknowledge how awkward his gait had become. He would've already been full-on waddling, but he made himself focus on not doing so whenever he had the strength or will-power, both of which were dwindling by the day.
Quick as he could, Derek rummaged through his closet in search of something he'd forgotten he owned till then… A gift from an old girlfriend.
Yes, a girlfriend… A female “admirer…”
Said gift was a massive shirt he hadn't cared enough about to tell her was obviously the wrong size, same as she obviously hadn't cared to come close. Now though, it was his answer… The shirt was perfect aside from now not being quite as massive as Derek remembered it being…
When he pulled it on, it wasn't tight, but it wasn't loose either, so it did pretty much nothing to conceal his odd shape. It did at least cover all of his belly though, which was good, and yet Derek still froze as he stared down at himself.
He couldn't do this… Once Evan found out he was pregnant, everyone else in his family would too. Derek felt his breathing start to thin.
The doorbell rang several more times in rapid succession as he struggled to take in enough air. His phone rang again. Then again when he didn't answer the first repeat call.
He could tell his brother he didn't feel good! That he'd just thrown up! Evan hated the sight, sound or mere mention of vomit, so that would do the trick! Derek just had to tell his older brother he'd puked and he'd be off on his disappointed, but mercifully still unknowing way!
As Derek waited for his brother to answer his call, he suddenly remembered the spare key he kept hidden on the top edge of the door frame. As he hurriedly waddled back into the living room, he saw that Evan had remembered it as well because the deadbolt began to turn. Derek came to a jerky stop in his messy space, his arms fruitlessly reaching out to try and cover his bulge.
Ready or not (which he wasn't,) he knew shit was about to hit the fan.
As soon as Evan stepped inside, he froze. An incredulous look came across his face as he looked around, somehow missing his younger now much bigger brother for the time being.
“What the hell is going on?” He asked as he took in the mess. “Der…” he began to call out but then he saw his “little” brother and immediately trailed off, eyes going wide as his mouth dropped open.
“I, I'm pregnant!” Derek clumsily forced out, a lot louder and faster than he'd intended to.
Evan didn't reply for several moments, during which he repeatedly blinked but otherwise just kept staring.
“I, you!” He spurted. “Is this a fucking joke?!” He huffed out a laugh. “This place is a fucking wreck! You, you're…” he stopped speaking and further scrutinized his brother, noting all the other changes aside from the most obvious (his belly,) including his fuller face, flushed cheeks and puffy chest.
“It's a… a thing now,” Derek shrugged. “It's really rare, but it's been happening all over the world,” he shrugged again, voice weakening as his energy and resolve both rapidly started to diminish.
He was mortified. As his hands went to clutch the sides of his undeniable swell, he tried to swallow the growing lump in his throat.
Why couldn't he fucking stop touching himself?! Fucking hormones, that's why! Damn it!
Evan looked to be a justifiable mixture of horrified and disgusted.
“How?! How did this happen?!” He asked, eyes raising from his brother's bulging middle to his face, where he held his gaze uncomfortably, raising his brows almost to his hairline as he waited for a response.
Derek's clear mortification and lack of immediate response gave away the already obvious answer… The pregnant Carter's eyes shot down towards the floor, or at least what he could see of it beyond his belly.
“You… Did you let a guy fuck you?!” Evan asked.
“Well, I mean…”
“Since when are you gay?!” He continued. “Do Mom and Dad know?!”
Derek shook his head. He didn't verbally reply, finding it brutally uncomfortable to be discussing his sexuality and obvious sexual exploits with his brother.
He'd never really acknowledged to himself that he was gay, but was it ever painfully evident now?! Whether he wanted to discuss it or not, Derek was gay, closeted, or now formerly, not to mention fucking pregnant to add further insult to injury. Really fucking pregnant!
His family, Evan included, were conservative, Trump-voting, election deniers! Derek wasn't, but still, he'd never imagined himself settling down with a guy, and having a family with him?! He'd just seen himself having some fun with one every once in a while, at least till later, after he'd really made a name for himself in the corporate world and could afford to retire, but now..?
Obviously, he did not want or expect to settle down with Matt, the fucking janitor?! Just about the only thing Derek could imagine that could make things any worse was if he told his family who and what the “other father” was. A damn janitor was beneath them, even their GAY son/brother!
“Does Amy know?” Evan asked.
“Ohmygod, no!” Derek huffed.
Amy, his younger, straight, married sister, and her husband, had been trying to get pregnant for over two years by then. As such, anything related to the matter was always super sensitive.
“Please don't tell her, or Mom or Dad!” He all but begged Evan. “I'm going to, but…”
“When?!” Evan snapped. “After you fucking pop?! When's that supposed to happen anyway, tomorrow?!” He rolled his eyes.
“I wish!” Derek rolled his back. “But I still have three months to go.”
“Three months?!” His thirty-eight year old brother shouted in clear basement. “But you're…”
“Huge, I know…” he finished, his face growing hotter. “It's, oooh…” he suddenly cut off as he felt a strange shift within. He groaned as he rubbed the sides of his now throbbing bump.
“It's what?” Evan coached.
“It's… They're… I think they're moving?” Derek breathlessly replied.
“They're?!”
“T-triplets.”
Somehow, Evan quickly managed to look even more shocked. He'd heard enough.
“This is… I have to go!” He huffed as he turned back towards the door.
As soon as he reached it, he flung it open. Derek expected him to storm out, but he turned back and stared again.
“Why did you do this to yourself, Derek?” Evan asked.
“It's not like I did it on purpose!” Derek huffed. “I don't want this! It was just some sort of freak accident?!”
“Freak for damn sure, but an accident?!” Evan replied, less than convinced. He shook his head as he closed the door behind him.
Derek had no doubt that the rest of his family would know all about him and the babies he was pregnant with soon.
Fuck.
*****
Whenever he was nearby, Matt seemed to always be leering at Derek now. The expectant executive pretended not to notice, but of course did. He found the extra attention almost as annoying and uncomfortable as he did arousing. His skin prickled and heated whenever he caught Matt looking.
Even though he knew he shouldn't, Derek had been calling for the janitor more as of late. There was always some spilled coffee or a rug that needed to be vacuumed again… Derek's work might've now been suffering along with his body, but it just felt so damn amazing to be fucked so frequently and diligently, even if it was by his blackmailer…
Derek knew he needed to stop, but again, the damage had already been done, right?
Following their latest session over his supposed lunch break, Derek was struggling to button his pants where they'd been shoved down in the front by the jutting curve of his bloated abdomen. Matt watched, silently enjoying how the other man's attire was getting tighter and tighter by the day. The smirk he wore on his stubbled, handsome face was simple, but it said a lot.
It said, I did this to you, and now everyone can see… I made you grow… Filled you with my babies. You're my damn bitch and I own you and soon, there won't be a person in this building who doesn't know you're ridiculously knocked up!
A sudden flush came over Derek, causing his eyelids to flutter. It was getting harder and harder to deal with this constant bombardment of emotions: disgust, hatred, excitement, arousal…
It was all illogical and maddening and yet he was somehow still enduring it. Derek would probably never get used to his condition, or at least not fully accept it. Simply put, he couldn't understand why anyone, male or female, would be happy being filled with someone else's children, let alone someone as supposedly important and successful as him?!
The arousal the thirty-three year old felt was intense, and as much as he'd (unfortunately) come to enjoy it, sometimes he needed to get away from it. To get away from Matt…
Their separation was often sobering. It (briefly) allowed Derek to see his life through a broader lens, and when he did, he didn't like what he saw. Unless he figured something out, he was going to be a father of three relatively soon.
*****
John called and they set up a meeting for that evening. He'd found something about Matt that he wanted to share in person, so he and Derek arranged to meet at a coffee shop not too far from the office.
Derek tried to convince the investigator to just send him the information via email, but John refused, insisting on an in-person meeting. Simply put, Derek didn't want to have to “introduce” his now awkward form to someone else.
At work, the changes he was experiencing had been (relatively) gradual. They were increasingly less so and more alarming, but not as much as when he saw someone for the first time in a while, as had been the case with Evan. Derek consented to the sit down because he needed the information John had. Obviously, he had far greater problems to worry about than his looks.
Before he set off to the coffee shop, Derek changed into his largest work shirt, which suddenly didn't seem quite so large any more. It didn't help that he wasn't able to button his suit jacket, but when he saw him, John didn't appear so shocked as he did concerned…
Shortly after the young executive's arrival, the private investigator's eyes darted down to his bloated torso again for what had to be the tenth or so time. Derek realized his briefcase, which he'd been holding in front of him, wasn't hiding anything anymore, so he set it down on the floor next to him.
“What'd you find?” He asked, eager to get down to business.
John set his coffee back on the table. “Some of my findings were… rather unexpected,” he began. “Unfortunately, I don't think you're going to like them.”
Derek had already assumed as much. He nodded impatiently, trying to not get all caught up in his humiliation again, which proved easier said than done. He took a sip from his decaffeinated iced tea, wishing it was an iced, caffeinated coffee.
John hesitated, which was rather uncharacteristic of him. After a few moments, he reached down and into his own briefcase, from which he pulled out a large manilla envelope he slid across the table.
Derek accepted it in his lightly shaking right hand. He was about to get some answers. Well, maybe? They might be answers he didn't like, but hopefully, they'd be answers nonetheless. He undid the brad and opened the envelope's flap, eager but scared to learn Matt's secrets.
Why was this fucking janitor doing this to him? Yes, there were his financial improprieties to blame, but why had this been Matt's response? It made no sense?! A janitor who could barely perform his actual job, certainly shouldn't have been so good at blackmailing?!
From the envelope, Derek slowly removed a stack of photos. His flushed skin paled as his eyes registered what the pictures showed. His breath caught in his throat.
The photos were of him. Derek was nude and visibly pregnant. In one, he was pushed up against the wall of his office, Matt railing him from behind. In another, he was sprawled on his back atop his desk with the janitor between his legs. In the third, he was leaning over his desk, his belly hanging between it and his thighs.
Every picture showed his handsome face contorted in the midst of what appeared to be great pleasure. Every picture showed Matt cupping, gripping, licking, thrusting, biting, fucking and otherwise using him.
The photos spanned multiple sessions. They looked like they'd been taken by someone standing right there in Derek's office with them, but how?
“Obviously, he hid cameras,” John explained. “Good, expensive ones given the quality of the pictures. The pictures were uploaded to a secure cloud and it was a real bitch for me to get to them, but there you are,” he sighed. “You need to have your office swept. I can take care of that too, but before and after, I'd recommend that you stop, um…”
“Yeah, I get it,” Derek cut him off as he stared down at himself, not wanting to, but fucking unable to stop.
He noticed how attentive Matt was to his belly… In all the photos, the hunky “help” was either rubbing, groping, licking, kissing or caressing it. It was clearly the star of the show. How the hell had he not noticed this before?!
Did it even fucking matter? No, not really.
Color returned to Derek's face to an excessive degree as he shoved the photos back in the envelope. After, he looked down at the table, unable to meet John's gaze. When he'd hired him, Derek hadn't considered the fact that he'd turn up in the investigation.
“What else did you find?” He asked, barely managing to get the few words out.
“Well, not much in terms of a home life,” the PI replied, voice painstakingly neutral. “No family or friends to speak of, lives in a small, one-bedroom, rent controlled apartment. Goes to work and goes back to it. Hits the gym early in the morning four times a week and likes to watch old Westerns on the weekends. That's about it.”
“That's it?” Derek asked, still staring at the table. “There's gotta be something else?”
“There's one other thing but really, it's more of a coincidence than anything else,” John said. “Really, it could be…”
“What is it?” He asked, finally looking up.
“He used to work as a janitor at Micronacore headquarters, up on the executive level.”
“OK…”
“Not sure if you remember, but Micronacore's former CEO, who was just a few years older than you, retired rather early and quite suddenly a few years ago,” John said. “His name was…”
“Benjamin something, I remember.”
“Whitman.”
“Right. His leaving surprised everyone.”
John nodded. “And then he was never heard from again. His departure was so abrupt, he was found to be in breach of contract and he lost his multi-million dollar pension.”
“I remember reading about that too,” Derek nodded. “But what does any of that have to do with me or him?” He asked, nodding to the envelope containing the photos of him and Matt.
“He left shortly after Whitman did. Could just be a coincidence like I said,” John shrugged. “But it could also be something?”
“How will we ever know the difference?” Derek groaned. “It's not like I'm gonna ask him!” He rolled his eyes.
“No, I wouldn't do that,” John shook his head. “But we could ask Whitman. I found his address,” he said as he produced a small piece of paper from his pocket and placed it on the table.
Derek eyed it.
“He's not too far out of the city. I could go pay him a visit and see if he…”
“Thanks, John,” Derek said as he reached out and snatched the paper. “I'll think about it and let you know,” he said as he pocketed it.
“Be careful with that… Could just be a…”
“Coincidence, I know. Don't worry, I'm not gonna go bother a guy who obviously doesn't wanna be found.”
“Sorry I wasn't able to find anything else,” John sighed. “Either this Matt guy's just weird and really boring, or he's going to extremes to keep so much of his life private,” he said as he stood. “Given the… situation you find yourself in, I'd bet on the latter, so whatever you do, be careful Derek…”
And with that, he left. As soon as John was out of the shop, Derek sunk deeper into his chair and deeper into despair.
*****
Lately, Matt had been paying more attention to Derek's nipples. They'd gotten bigger, darker and a lot more sensitive in recent weeks and now bulged through his shirts, further pronounced by the growth and new softness his chest had taken on.
As a result of all of the above, the thirty-three year old was conscious of the nubs nearly every moment. Any time he moved and his shirt rubbed against them, the sensation Derek experienced was quite rousing. If and when Matt licked one, it was even more so, causing the expectant executive to inhale sharply and arch his back. Whenever Matt stopped licking and started sucking, Derek couldn't help the loud grunt or groan that more often than not flew from his mouth as a result.
He'd. Recently gone online, looking for any information or pictures of pregnant men who'd come before him. There still wasn't much out there, but from what Derek was able to find, he wasn't able to find anything on anyone who'd gotten remotely close to as big as he already was. Fuck.
Maybe they just hadn't allowed themselves to be seen or photographed in the latter stages of their pregnancies? Unlikely. What was much more likely was that none of them had carried as many babies as Derek was. Just wonderful…
In all the pictures of them he could find, the bellies looked like they could pass for ones filled with beer. Most of the guys’ chest remained relatively flat, though a few seemed to have bulked up up top as well, but in the more traditional “male” sense.
Truth be told, had Derek not known them to be, he might not've suspected any of the men to be pregnant. They'd probably been able to hide or mask the size of their swells in loose tops and/or multiple layers. Their lives had probably remained relatively normal, the realization of which made his own development all the more frustrating and baffling. Why did this have to happen to him?
Fortunately/unfortunately, he had his damn baby-daddy to quell his frustrations. Being with Matt made things simultaneously better and worse, case and point being when the other man rubbed and squeezed Derek's bloating chest rather roughly, causing a hot, tingling sensation.
With the fertile maintenance worker's big cock far up inside him, all the heavily pregnant man could do was helplessly squirm, lungs heaving as he fought both for breath and to not make too much noise as they fucked again inside his office while everyone else went about with their workdays on the other side of the closed and locked door. Oh, what Tammy must think…
Despite John's suggestion, Derek hadn't bothered having his office swept for hidden cameras. He didn't see the point. The damage had already been done, right? A few more pictures weren't a big deal in the grand scheme of things.
Whenever he could, Derek tried his best to hide the intensity of any pleasure he was experiencing till the last possible second, but this time wasn't one of those… What he'd thought to be odd foreplay had suddenly pushed him almost all the way to the edge of his limits and yet still, somehow wasn't enough…
As Matt continued his literal handiwork, his lips twisted into a sly smirk. “Just tryin’ to get your milk to come in,” he explained. “Really puff these other babies up too…”
The commentary confused Derek. It pulled him out of the moment more than a bit… He remained too breathless to question it, but was about to try when he was suddenly resubmerged into everything as Matt swapped nipples and moved to his right.
“Oh, yeah…” he confirmed after taking a long, hard suck from it, forgoing any teasing licks. “Comin’ along real nice…”
“W-what?! Unnngh!!!” Derek panted as he just barely managed to push Matt's head back. “What the fuck are you doing?!”
“Just told you, boss man,” the janitor smirked up at him.
“Whatever. Just stop!”
“Why? It's already too late… They're already engorged!” Matt smirked. “I think I'm really gonna outdo myself this time around!”
This time around? What..?
“What do you…” Derek started to ask.
“I'm thinking we've got at least some D-cup in the making…” Matt cut in as he transitioned from smirking to grinning rather triumphantly. “Whatever they end up, they're just gonna keep growing and developing now that I got ‘em going.”
“No, but I…”
“I know you're smart enough not to, but lemme warn you… Don't you ever dare try and stop me from doing what I want with them too!” Matt said, his voice dropping.
No, Derek probably wouldn't try and stop him, but that didn't mean he had to like it so much…
“Oh, fuck off!” He huffed, rattled by the abrupt shift from being on the brink of orgasm to being threatened with something else so weird, perverted and unimaginable.
He hoped Matt was just mentally fucking with him, but fuck! What shit timing!
Derek reached down to finish himself off, which he succeeded in doing, but his most recent climax wasn't nearly as good as it could've been. He averted his gaze from Matt and instead found himself looking down at his belly as his dick rapidly deflated in his right hand.
Or course, Matt just stood there staring, arms crossed over his broad, muscular chest, his handsome, stubbled face radiating ambivalence. The guy was a true sadist. For what it was worth, he didn't seem as satisfied as he usually did following their most recent conclusion either.
Though he'd just released, Derek was far from satisfied. He needed more. He turned and looked at Matt but much to his chagrin, got no response.
Grunting and rolling his eyes, he hauled himself up onto his desk and laid back, both hands tentatively moving up to his nipples, which were even more swollen and protruding now thanks to their most recent, delectable abuse. Derek rubbed at the nubs for the simple pleasure of the act, not intending to achieve completion again.
As his eyelids dropped and everything else began to fade away, he knew he was giving Matt a show he most certainly didn't deserve, but he didn't care. He was too drained, defeated and dissatisfied with and by everything.

Derek's parents showed up a couple days later. It took them longer than expected, but as he'd predicted, they eventually showed.
They were waiting in front of his door Friday evening when he got home late from work. They descended on his car before he could back out and drive away.
“Can we… go inside?” Derek huffed out once he'd extracted himself from behind the wheel.
It was at that moment he realized given his rate of growth, he'd probably end up too big to drive by the end. Probably sometime before it…
“We thought you and Evan got into some weird fight and he was really mad at you or joking?!” His mother said, shaking her head as she took in the now strange sight of her younger son as he tried to hide his swell by crossing his arms over it, which only accentuated it. “What on earth did you do to yourself?!” She asked, voice breaking at the end. “Oh Derek, Derek, Derek…” she sighed, repeating his name as her voice became wetter.
His dad stayed silent. His face flushed with presumed anger, jaw clenched tight. Derek knew his silence was better than the alternative.
“I… I'm sorry!” He said quietly, hand fumbling for his keys in his pocket, which he ended up dropping on the ground.
Derek looked down but didn't see them. All he saw was belly.
He started to lean forward but was almost immediately stopped by the swell. He looked over at his parents, both of whom were staring at him, neither of them looking like they were going to provide any help.
All of a sudden, something collided with Derek's rounded right side, not too hard, but strong enough to force a grunt from him as arms wrapped around his belly, or at least tried to…
Derek looked over to see Amy giving him an awkward hug. Not him per say, but his huge, swollen pregnancy, which already looked ready to pop and was too wide for his sister to wrap her arms fully around it.
“Well I'm happy for you, Derek,” she said quietly, her voice sounding a bit strained.
“Thanks…” he shakily exhaled.
Even if it wasn't entirely true, it was what he needed to hear. It helped break the tension that'd rapidly fallen over the group, if only just marginally.
“I can't wait to be an aunt!” Amy said as she ended her awkward embrace and bent down to pick up Derek's keys with enviable ease. “Three times over, huh?” She smiled as she handed them back.
“Yep,” he smiled back, or tried to. He wasn't sure he succeeded…

His family spent the next to nights, his parents taking the guest room, Amy the couch. Somehow, Derek let them goad him into going to church with them on Sunday, which probably had something to do with the not so subtle, repeated commentary regarding sin, promiscuity and God forbid, homosexuality from his mother as his father glared and grimaced at him.
Following an early breakfast, Derek already felt mentally and physically exhausted, not to mention still hungry… He hadn't been willing to stuff his face the way he now morally did in the presence of his family, and he was starving as a result.
Whatever he did, they seemed to judge, even Amy to a degree. Beaten down by emotion, fatigue and hunger, Derek supposed the least he could do after disappointing his parents so much, was go to church with them. Even though he was going to “God's house,” he knew the experience was going to be hell.
Despite wearing one of his biggest, large swaths of skin bulged from between Derek's barely hanging on shirt buttons, and his blazer came nowhere near closing as he sat in the back of his parents’ car. He felt squished because he was, but he didn't dare ask his mother to adjust her seat to make a little more room for his enormous midsection. By the time they pulled into the church parking lot, he was already breathing heavily, sweating and flushed.
He treated the family outing like he was at work, constantly reminding himself to try not to touch his belly. Despite his best efforts, he couldn't seem to stop rubbing its sides, especially when the babies started to move, presumably worked up by his heightened anxiety.
As he stepped into the church, Derek half expected to burst into flames. Everyone he and his parents passed as they made their way to a pew towards the front, gave the expected gawk or gasp, and it sounded like someone accidentally let out a quiet but audible curse under their breath.
While Derek and Amy might not have been, their parents were regular church-goers, albeit not at this church in particular, but regardless, they always liked to sit close to the front. Since the whole group were “newcomers,” one might have expected the church as a whole to be warm and welcoming, but for obvious reasons, they were not… Though the Carter's only took up a third of it (Derek more than everyone else,) the rest of their pew was left empty.
Derek did his best to ignore all the passive-aggressive whispers and quiet commentary coming from around him as the congregation waited for services to begin. Amy reached over and have his closest thigh a gentle, reassuring pat, but he refused to make eye contact, staring blankly ahead at a statue of The Virgin Mary, needlessly reminding himself again and again and again that a virgin, he was not.
He was unable to ignore the aggressive commentary he knew was being directed to him as the priest delivered his homily. Repeatedly, the old man referenced the sin of sodomy and made sure all in attendance knew that “God implements his judgment in unique ways!” all while continually glaring at Derek as he sat there a few pews back, sweating and nodding along, now pointlessly pretending to play the part of perfect son.
In a different, more loving, compassionate and accepting family, even given his unusual condition and the less than ideal circumstances surrounding it, he might've still been considered the perfect son, but not in his. While Amy was excited and trying her best to be supportive, Derek's parents and older brother were all being anything but, but why shouldn't they be after he'd done so much to disturb their equilibrium?
Not only had he suddenly sprung his gayness on them, he did so while hugely pregnant, already looking more than due with one grandchild/niece/nephew they hadn't expected to get from him in this manner! Aside from his undeniable professional success (which was now hanging on by a thread,) he'd failed his family in more ways than he'd previously thought himself capable of. The current setting certainly didn't make Derek feel any better, just more disgraced and disgusted.
And yet as bad as everything already was and would only surely continue to get, he wanted Mark to fill him more! Derek so badly wanted the janitor inside him, fucking him again, to the point he imagined the other man doing so right then and there up on the altar!
To say he had a problem was a massive understatement. One nearly as big as his belly was like going to get in the coming months.
Derek was so preoccupied by trying to appear "normal" and "perfect" while having undeniably ungodly thoughts and looking anything but, that he hardly noticed the flash from a camera as a picture was taken of him. As he was in this miserable situation, Derek was barely mentally present at a
