Part Two
Peter seriously didn't think he could hold the babies in a moment longer. Fortunately, he wouldn't have to…
Two weeks had finally passed and the labor-inhibiting drug had left his system. Much to Peter's surprise, he'd yet to have even a single contraction yet, but knew he would soon. Finally, it was time.
He'd given birth five times before, the last twice in a row to the twins, so one more (and at home) wasn't going to be a problem. That's what he kept telling himself, anyway…
Still, being so overdue and not being at a hospital, remained daunting. Even though he'd made arrangements to be sure Brad wouldn't be there when he finally gave birth Peter wasn't going to be alone. He wasn't that crazy. He still had some boundaries…
He'd of course be joined through each and every step of the process by thousands of his loyal viewers. Some were sure to share their support via the message board, though most would likely contribute less "innocent" or well-meaning commentary. Because he truly wasn't crazy, Peter had wisely decided he needed someone at the house with him while he put on his biggest show to date… He'd hired a midhusband.
So doing so came with a lot of stipulations, it hadn't been easy to find one willing to work with him. Peter needed a midhusband not only willing to help him give birth to large, overdue triplets, but more so, while livestreaming… After a lot of research and many less than successful (or even kind) interactions with prospects, he lucked out and found just the person he was looking for, a guy named Mike.
Mike worked for a company called "Daddies 'R Us," which specialized not only in providing professionally trained and accredited, attentive midhusbands, but specially handsome ones, which Peter's fans would surely appreciate. Mike had a bit of a following himself after successfully delivering the triplets of a young, wannabe influencer while he'd been livestreaming, so he was open to doing so again, for a very lofty fee Peter had no choice but to agree to pay.
"Wooooooo…" he slowly exhaled as he looked down and out, watching his belly heave.
He was seated on the side of his bed, hands braced behind him for support. Ever the businessman, in order to help offset some of Mike's cost, a few days earlier, the overdue content creator had come up with the idea to have an auction… The highest bidder would get to choose (and furnish) what Peter wore while he labored and delivered.
Now $2500 richer (but not really,) Peter sat there wearing a white silk babydoll camisole that (fortunately, otherwise he wouldn't have been able to wear it) was completely open in the front under his chest. It exposed his entire huge, currently heaving, globe of a belly, which Peter had made sure to thoroughly coat with lotion, oil and cream to make it as shiny and alluring as possible (not that it needed much help.) He didn't think he looked sexy, and wearing lingerie while giving birth wasn't exactly practical, but a deal is a deal and he knew his viewers would love the look. They probably wouldn't be happy he chose to wear a jockstrap to keep them from seeing everything, but God knows he'd be showing them more than enough…
The camisole's low neckline was notably tighter than it'd been when he'd tried it on the day before. Peter had been breastfeeding the twins as much as possible to try and keep from getting uncomfortably engorged but despite his best efforts, his breasts had still significantly swelled, causing his distended nipples to bulge out against their frilly, silky confines. Every part of Peter, save somewhat of his brain, was beyond ready to have these babies.
While he and his newest client had "met" via FaceTime to discuss their arrangement, when Mike first saw Peter in person, he looked decidedly apprehensive. To his credit, Peter had mentioned he was overdue, but hadn't said by how much, not wanting to risk being rejected due to the (extra) high-risk nature of his condition. As soon as he found Mike, he'd done as much research as he could on the hunky husband and was confident that if anyone was, he'd be up for the challenge.
As Mike got himself situated, he kept his lips tightly pressed together. He belatedly realized Peter hadn't been as straightforward with him as he'd thought, and couldn't help but keep dubiously glancing over at him as he sat on the bed.
"Are you sure that's what you want to wear for this?" He finally had to ask after trying and failing not to stare at and judge the overdue younger man's ridiculous getup.
"I'm sure," Peter replied certainly, but somewhat breathlessly from all the building nerves and strain. "It makes me feel… good," he nodded. "Empowered."
As much as he wanted to, Mike couldn't argue with that. For the life of him, he couldn't understand people like Peter, or that idiot kid, Eric, who'd inadvertently brought him all his "fame and glory," but like it or not, sometimes dealing precisely with people like them was what allowed him to keep doing what he truly loved. Peter's labor and delivery probably weren't going to be easy, but at least with five previous births under his belt, this content creator would hopefully be easier to work with. Still, Mike felt it important to remind him of the challenges that lay ahead…
"Good," he nodded. "'Cause I know you know what you're doing, but you're still gonna need all the strength and power you can muster."
Peter nodded back and did his best to smile as he watched Mike move over to his bag, from which he took what looked like a bottle of cough syrup. As the studly midhusband approached, he twisted off the cap, then handed the bottle over.
"What's this?" Peter asked with a frown as he took it.
"An herbal tonic that will induce labor," Mike replied. "Doesn't taste good…" he warned with a shake of his head. "But if you drink the whole bottle, it'll do the trick."
Will it though? Peter asked himself, frowning a little harder as he skeptically eyed the dark brown, plastic bottle. He hadn't told Mike about the drug he'd been taking, nor was he about to. As he looked at the unmarked bottle he'd momentarily shelved atop his belly, right in front of his tits, Peter had his doubts, which he also kept to himself…
For starters, the bottle looked so small compared to his three biggest globes. Not only that, its contents were only herbal, and he'd never been one to buy into all that mumbo-jumbo… If and when he needed to (or could,) it was drugs all the way for Peter. Most importantly though, he needed to give birth now, not just literally, but because he had thousands of viewers waiting on him!
"I was expecting drugs," he said to Mike as he took his gaze from the bottle and directed it at him.
The midhusband frowned. "Sorry, but I thought I'd made it clear that I'm not allowed to administer any drugs, including an epidural…"
"Yeah, no… I knew no epidural, but an herbal tonic?" Peter groaned.
"It'll work," Mike nodded. "Given the…" he paused. "Extent of your condition, I wouldn't be surprised if it'll only take a few minutes before you have your first contraction," he nodded some more, indicating Peter should start drinking.
"I hope you understand how important it is that I go into labor now..?"
"I do," he confirmed. "Which is why I said you're gonna need to drink the whole bottle," he nodded again.
Peter remained skeptical. "Alright…" he finally relented with a sigh.
"Before you do…" Mike quickly stopped him. "Are you sure there isn't anyone you wanna call to be here with us?" He asked. "I'll be fine on my own, but…"
At the mention of another person, Brad immediately came to mind, then Richard did as well… Due to the timing of things and a few ill-conceived, post-divorce, "I fuckin' hate you!" bouts between he and Richard, it was possible that the triplets belonged to Peter's ex. He hoped they didn't because if they did, that would only further complicate things…
Regardless, Peter wouldn't call Richard. He was busy carrying for the five other children they definitely shared, so even if he was potentially about to add three more to their tally, he wasn't available.
Brad was available, but at the same time, not really… He was at work. One of the reasons Peter had chosen this particular day to give birth was because he knew it was his boyfriend/hopeful (newest) baby-daddy's longest shift of the week. The store Brad worked at wasn't far away, so the soon-to-be laboring man could've quickly and easily summoned him, but he figured the fewer people he involved in this insanity, the better.
That and Peter didn't need another person hovering over and around him, blocking the camera, or just questioning the validity of the whole affair. He didn't need any of his paying viewers to get annoyed by Brad's presence, and he certainly didn't want to deal with his boyfriend getting all blubbery and emotional and disrupting the tone of things… Peter knew enough to know that most of his fans would be tuning in to his livestream for decidedly more amorous reasons, and therefore wouldn't be interested in any heightened, emotional displays.
"I'll be fine too," Peter assured Mike.
He might've sounded sure but the truth was, he wasn't. Peter wondered if Brad would believe what he was going to tell him: that everything had happened "so fast," he simply hadn't had time to contact him before the babies were born. He didn't consider his boyfriend dumb, but he certainly was gullible, which could come in handy. Brad rarely if ever questioned Peter, which was another reason he was so much better than Richard, and therefore hopefully, the triplets' other biological father.
"You're supposed to go live in fifteen minutes, right?" Mike asked.
Peter checked his phone and nodded. As he did, he also checked the mobile portal to his site and saw that the message board was already going nuts, his viewers eagerly awaiting the start of his live.
"Then it's time to get chuggin', mama!" The sexy midhusband encouraged with a nod and a wink.
"You're sure this stuff is gonna work?" Peter asked again as he took the bottle from his belly and gave it a swirl, noting as he did how thick and stinky its contents were.
"If I wasn't, I wouldn't have agreed to this," Mike replied. He wasn't mad, just saying. "I expect you to start having contractions and transition into full-blown labor rather quickly," he reiterated. "And since you've given birth several times already, I don't foresee there being any real challenges, however…" he paused. "We've got a few super intense hours ahead of us and once things get going, there won't be any stopping it," he shook his head.
Peter wasn't surprised to be told things would go quickly. The last time he went into labor (with the twins,) he'd barely made it to the hospital before the urge to push became too strong to resist. He'd come close to giving birth to Andrew, the firstborn twin, in the car as Richard drove him to the hospital, breaking several traffic laws as he did. Belatedly, he told Mike as much.
"Then we should be good," the midhusband confirmed as he reached his large, calloused from all the lifting he did, right hand out and placed it on the warm, bordering on hot, overly taut surface of the underside of Peter's belly. "Two of them are already sitting low and heavy in your pelvis, which will help things go even faster," he nodded.
"It's still gonna suck though…" Peter had to admit as he slowly brought the stinky bottle of tonic to his lips.
As he did, he had a "life flashing before his eyes" moment as he thought back on his most recent pregnancy… Until (relatively) recently, his fifth carrying had been (relatively) easy and immensely profitable. Part of the reason it had been so easy was because Peter hadn't let himself think too much about labor and delivery, even as he (continued) to swell up huge and go overdue. As good as he'd gotten at giving birth, he still wasn't looking forward to all the pain, strain, pressure, heat, tension, sweat, tears and pushing, but it was all unavoidable…
At least it would all be over soon. Preferably, before Brad came over after work…
"Bottoms up…" he muttered as he brought the bottle the rest of the way to his lips.
Just before he tipped it back and downed its viscous contents, his laptop dinged across the room. The sound was followed by another fruity melody, which caught Peter's attention, causing him to lower the bottle.
The melody was that of a very specific alert that let him know a particularly large donation had been made: one exceeding a thousand dollars. Generous as his viewers were, Peter rarely received such donations…
"One sec…" he said as he held the bottle out for Mike to take, whose face couldn't help but show his irritation.
With a grunt, the overdue, triplet-filled man slowly worked himself closer to the edge of the bed, then drew in a breath, held it and heaved himself up with considerable effort. Cupping the underside of his huge orb in both hands, Peter waddled over to his computer. The least he could do was thank the donor while they still had most of his attention.
Had the livestream already started, he would've thought whoever had donated had done so just to see the sight of him struggling to get off the bed and his subsequent waddle over to the computer, but since it hadn't, Peter was puzzled? He eased himself down into his old desk chair, then pulled up the tab that showed his most recent donations.
When it came up, he was sure the latest was a mistake. It had to be… Peter blinked several times in rapid succession, then clicked on the donation to verify its details. Not only had it already fully processed, the donor had forfeited their right to a refund, making it guaranteed.
A viewer by the name of TryAndMakeYouBlow had just submitted a donation of one million dollars, after all the applicable fees and taxes?! This was more than Peter had earned in his entire life?! Needless to say, he was stunned. Quite humbled, he selected the viewer and opened a box to message him.
Hi, he typed, reaching far out and over his belly and breasts. This is PreggoPetey… I just wanted to thank you for your donation and make sure it wasn't sent in error seeing as it's… EXTREMELY generous..?
TryAndMakeYouBlow replied almost immediately with, It's my pleasure, it's correct and just the start… I'm more than willing to pledge more, though I do have a special request I'd like to make in return.
Peter was more than a bit flustered to have apparently, just the initial payment confirmed. With the viewer's consent now on record, he could forget about everything and head to the hospital to give birth more comfortably. Not only that, he'd be able to afford some work that needed to be done around the house, buy stuff for all the kids, and even start each of them a college fund?! That TryAndMakeYouBlow said they were willing to send even more money was just overwhelming?!
Request? He wrote back with his right hand, his left anxiously rubbing his tight midsection.
Peter's heart raced as he waited for the reply. This time, TryAndMakeYouBlow didn't respond immediately, making him worry he was hallucinating and had just imagined everything? Peter looked from his computer to Mike, who looked just as confused as he probably did, but the pregnant man didn't let him in on the cause for the delay, he just silently waited.
Finally, after what felt like forever, his most generous viewer ever replied, I'll send you an additional 9 million if you agree to put off delivery another month.
"Holy shit!" Peter exclaimed.
"Everything OK?" Mike asked as he started to approach.
"Stay!" Peter shouted at him as he held up his right hand, his left clamped firmly against that bulging side of his belly.
This was the craziest request he'd ever gotten, and he'd gotten some doozies before. TryAndMakeYouBlow wanted Peter to hold his already two weeks overdue triplets in for an additional month?! That was insane! It was also dangerous…Needless to say, it was just too weird and unusual a request for it to be acceptable, let alone feasible…
But it was a lot of money… Ten million dollars would make him extremely wealthy! He wouldn't have to get pregnant again! The more he quickly thought about it, the more doing what he'd just been asked to, didn't seem so hard. Delaying his labor and delivery would really just be a matter of inaction. Yes, it obviously would involve more, but Peter didn't let himself think about all that in the moment.
"We really need to get started…" Mike said, pulling him from his reverie.
Peter absent-mindedly nodded as he continued to stare at his monitor. Then he shook his head and gulped.
"No we don't."
"What?" Mike asked.
"There's been a… change of plans," Peter grunted as he wheeled himself around in his chair, grimacing at how its arms dug into his swollen flanks. "Sorry, Mike, but I won't be needing your services today," he informed with a shake of his head.
The studly midhusband looked at him aghast. "You're not gonna give birth?!"
Peter shook his head. "Not today."
"Peter, you have to have these babies now!" Mike insisted. "You've already pushed them and yourself to the…"
"We're all fine," the overdue man replied calmly but firmly as sweat dripped down his nape. "Now let's talk about rescheduling…"
Mike opened his mouth, very much looking like he wanted/needed to argue some more, but he didn't. He clamped his mouth shut and shook his head. There was no precedent for something like this, at least not to his knowledge, rendering him speechless.
"Does a month from today work for you?" Peter asked as he watched the midhusband start gathering his stuff, throwing him uneasy looks all the while.
"A month from today?! Jesus, Peter! That would…"
"Be what works best for me," the pregnant man cut him off as he tried to ignore the fact he already felt so full and tight, he could quite literally pop.
Mike stared at him dumbfounded, but only for a second. Crazy as Peter putting his labor off for another month undeniably was, it was also an opportunity…
"Then we need to talk about my fee," he said as he stopped packing his bag and crossed his arms over his formidable chest.
Peter did the same in front of his formidable breasts. "What about it?"
"In order for me to come back and help you in a month, I'd like for it to be tripled," Mike said, raising his brows as he waited for a response, which he quickly and loudly received.
"Triple it?!" Peter balked.
"I think that would be fair, don't you agree?"
He did not, so the guys talked about it. Even though he was comically dressed and the one to be making such a ludicrous request, Peter still negotiated, eventually convincing Mike to return in a month for slightly closer to two and a half times as much money. After they'd reached their new terms and the midhusband had departed, Peter turned back to his computer and started his livestream.
After letting out a short bark of laugh he suspected sounded slightly terrified, he smiled and shook his head. "Sorry, guys…" he apologized. "There's been a slight… delay. No babies today, but don't worry," he shook his head some more. "I'll start issuing refunds right away and I promise you, the wait till be worth it!" He assured everyone with a smile and a belly rub.
The message board erupted. The reaction to Peter's unexpected announcement seemed fairly split, some people quite peeved, lamenting about how they'd taken off work and whatnot, others expressing their delight that they'd be able to see him and the babies continue to grow.
"Oh, yeah…" Peter nodded and smiled as with a grunt, he thrust his belly out a little further in front of him as he rubbed its bulging flanks. "Mama and his babies are definitely gonna grow some more!" He promised.
