Part Nine: Getting the Damn Grade
Beto didn't know how long he was out. When he woke, the first thing he felt was pain and discomfort. A lot of both, some throbbing, some shooting. Every part of his bloated body ached to the point he didn't want to open his eyes. He squeezed them tighter, trying to imagine himself home in bed, not pregnant, not likely in labor, just having a bad dream…
Try as he might, he wasn't able to manifest strong enough mental imagery to block out any, let alone everything out. He allowed in blind agony for another thirty or so seconds before a very strong sensation tore through his lower half. As it did, Beto's eyes shot open, forcing him to confront his current situation as best he groggily could.
Nothing was immediately clear, everything coming in fragments but quickly, Beto could tell his movement had been limited, even more than had come to be usual, feeling pressure and tightness at his wrists and ankles when he tried to move them. He was half laying down, half sitting up, but completely crushed under the oppressive weight of his pregnancy. Gradually, the glossy bits of light and dark began to merge, egged on by another shooting pain radiating from the lower portion of his middle.
Even though things remained unfocused and rather cloudy, all of a sudden, more of the picture was before him. He was bound to an exam bed set under a single, almost blindingly illuminated medical light, with his legs once more painfully spread and up in stirrups. The darkness remained thick beyond the boundaries of the lamp so Beto wasn't able to tell where he was or if anyone else was present, but something told him he was alone for the moment. Relatively speaking, of course…
From what he could tell from his wonky, overburdened nerve endings and messed up senses, he was completely naked. Left almost entirely without the ability to move, all he could see was his bare breasts, the upper portion of his mammoth belly, and his prone and bound extremities. A moment later, Beto's suspicion he was naked was confirmed when he felt a draft blow across his ass, particularly his hole. He noticed a heart rate monitor off to the side of the table when he noticed it beeping away, and then belatedly noted the several cords running from it to his belly, attached to his drum tight skin with sticky nodes.
When another wave of pain hit again, Beto knew for sure he was in labor. As he came more to his senses, he vaguely recalled being jabbed in the neck by Murphy, likely meaning she'd taken a literal shot at him after all. All he could do was grunt as his belly clenched and shifted, moving much like Seamus' had after he'd been drugged, but even more so. Beto looked around and wondered again where he was and how he'd gotten there? As he finally remembered to put the breathing techniques he'd learned to use, he wondered where everyone was, all the people who should've been tending to him now more than ever, including Ms. Murphy.
Breathing like he'd been taught took the edge off the pain, but only just. Beto's watering eyes were beginning to adjust to the darkness when he heard the sound of wheels rolling. Following the noise, he looked to the right and saw Ms. Murphy approaching, pushing along two carts, one holding various medical equipment, the other stacked high with what looked like clear plastic boxes with no lids. Eight of them to be precise.
After bringing her carts to a stop, she stepped into the light next to him and smiled. "Welcome back, Beto."
"Where am I?" He asked, throat dry and voice still hoarse from his earlier screams.
"You don't recognize the birthing theater? Given all the time you've spent here on this very table getting stretched, I'm surprised you don't!" Murphy replied with a chuckle.
"It's never been…" the teen paused to swallow, trying unsuccessfully to clear his throat. "This dark when I've been here before, but whatever… I need to go."
"Go? Go where?"
"To the facility!" He replied in a groan, rolling his eyes. "I'm pretty sure I'm in labor!"
"Oh!" She laughed. "You most certainly are!" She confirmed with a nod and a grin. "Exciting, isn't it?"
"Yeah, super…" Beto rolled his eyes again. "So can we get going?" He asked as he anxiously looked around.
"There's no need."
"No need?!" He repeated. "You just said I'm in labor!"
"You haven't figured it out yet?" Ms. Murphy asked, raising her brows.
Beto had, he just didn't want to admit it. Even though he knew it wouldn't do him any good, he shook his head, deciding to play dumb.
"You're going to give birth here at the school, just like Austin did," Murphy replied before slightly amended her statement. "Well, ideally not just like… My hope is that your experience will be a little more… controlled."
"A little more controlled?!" Beto shouted as he struggled against his restraints. "Babies were practically flying outta him!"
"Yes…" Ms. Murphy sighed. "I remember."
"And I'm haven't more than him!"
"Just one. You'll be fine, Beto, just like Austin and his babies turned out," she waved him off dismissively.
Beto shouldn't have been. He really shouldn't have given everything, but he was still in shock. He knew well by then that Murphy was insane (to put it mildly,) but he hadn't expected this! Him giving birth to eight babies at the school under her care, was a terrible, not to mention, terribly insane and potentially dangerous idea!
"But I…"
"The only thing you need to be concerned about at the moment is making sure you listen to me," Murphy cut him off. "Is that understood?"
Beto opened his mouth to reply but before he could, he was cleaning his teeth back together, another contraction already ramping up. "Don't really have… much choice… do I?" He asked between huffs.
"No, you don't," she agreed.
Thing is, Beto wasn't ready to start listening just yet… He had a point he wanted to make first, even if it probably wouldn't be worth it. "You know you're… not gonna get away… with this, right?"
"Away with what?" His crazy teacher raised her brows again as she watched him huff and puff.
If she was going to make him spell it out, he would. It was just going to take some time…
"Me, having the… babies here! It's not right!" He vehemently shook his head as he tried his best to keep his breathing as rhythmic as possible. "It could be… dangerous, which is…"
"Which is why I got the OK to do it," Ms. Murphy interrupted again, this time putting her hands on her hips is a "haha! Got ya!" manner.
"From who?!" Beto demanded, barely managing to do so in one breath.
"Everyone."
"Everyone?!" He repeated.
She nodded, hands still on her hips, grin bigger than ever. "Everyone."
Beto didn't believe her. She had to be lying, trying to trick him into consenting because she didn't have it from him or anyone else, let alone EVERYONE! "There's no way everyone agreed to this! I didn't, for one!" He shouted as he raised and shook his shackled wrists as much as he could for pointless emphasis.
"OK… " Murphy sighed. "Everyone but you agreed. Everyone from the state, including the doctor, all the biological parents, and…"
The teen's eyes bulged as he shouted, "There's no fuckin' way!!!"
"Language, Beto…" Ms. Murphy warned.
"Oh, what the fuck ever!" He shouted again.
"I'm not going to warn you again…"
"Yeah?! Well neither am I!!! You've got ONE chance to…"
"To what?"
"Let me go! Get me to the facility or… to a damn hospital, where… someone who ACTUALLY KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOIN' can take care of me!!!"
Beto's teacher laughed again as she looked down at him, noting how much he was already sweating. "I see we didn't succeed in breaking your feisty streak, after all…"
While he (thankfully) wasn't experiencing a contraction at the moment, the record-setting, still pregnant (though not for much longer) teen grit and bared his teeth as he stared Murphy right back through eyes filled with tears, rage and fear.
"If you think I'm feisty, just wait till my parents find out about this!"
"Your parents?!" She asked, eyes widening like she hadn't considered them.
Beto nodded aggressively. "They'll freak out!"
"Is that so?"
"Yeah!"
"Hmm…" Murphy frowned. "I wasn't expecting that."
"Why not?!" Beto shouted. "They may've been the ones to… to do this to me!" He nodded down at his positively huge, warping, sweaty belly. "But I'm still their son and…"
His teacher wasn't interested in hearing what else he had to say. She didn't need to anyway as she knew something Beto obviously didn't.
"They're fine with the plan too, Beto."
The named teen blinked several times in disbelief before finally responding. "What..?" He asked slowly and quietly, quite the opposite of how loudly and confidently he'd just been.
"Uh huh!" An obviously happy Murphy nodded. "They were the first ones I asked after getting the go 'head from the state. They thought it was a wonderful idea! They should be here soon."
"What the…" the forced surrogate started to ask, only to be interrupted again.
"Not to toot my own horn, but actually, everyone thought my idea was wonderful!" His teacher nodded excitedly. "The facility is so… Well, let's just say it has its issues."
"Yeah, but it's…"
"So sterile!" She continued. "Amongst other things, such as it doesn't allow for the participation of family members."
Beto scoffed. "My family isn't participating in ANY of this! THAT I'm sure of!"
"That, we agree on," Ms. Murphy confirmed. "Your parents both made sure to tell me they don't have any desire in participating this evening, but they did still want to be here."
"So then what family members are you talking about?" The teen asked as he blinked several times again, trying to keep the sweat now pouring down his forehead out of his eyes.
"The babies' biological family members. Their parents, all of whom agreed to you giving birth here under my supervision, since it allowed them to participate in the experience."
"What?! No!!!" Beto was back to shouting again. "I don't want any of…"
"I'm sorry, but unfortunately, that simply isn't up to you, Beto," Ms. Murphy shook her head. "The sooner you understand that the better, especially since a few of the parents have already been participating."
"What?!" He repeated as he looked around again, still not seeing anyone but his deranged educator, who nodded and smiled when they once again locked eyes.
"Allow me to officially introduce you to three of the men whose babies you're carrying and about to bring into the world," Murphy said as she stepped back to give them room.
Even though she introduced the men individually, Beto missed each of their names. He didn't care as obviously he had bigger concerns at the moment. Following their introductions, the three fathers-to-be approached, all smiling, all proud, two taking his empty side, the third moving to stand next to Murphy, who explained they'd been the ones to help her get him situated where and how he now was following her giving him a "knockout" shot in the neck.
How and why these biological fathers wanted their precious children to enter the world in this manner, Beto couldn't understand for the life of him as he lay there strapped to the table, completely naked, completely at their mercy Murphy's, and that of the state. How and why his biological parents thought this was a "wonderful idea" was also a disheartening mystery… Yes, they had their differences (to say the fucking least,) but to agree to this was taking things yet again to yet another, entirely unforgivable level.
"We're still waiting on a few others, including your parents," Ms. Murphy continued. "But most are already here, ready and waiting," she announced with a smile as she gestured out into the darkness behind her.
Shocked and horrified as it now was, Beto's gaze naturally followed her outstretched hand. He still couldn't see anything beyond the spotlight he was under till more lights gradually turned on, slowly illuminating the audience that had gathered so far. Some twelve or so people sat spaced out mostly in groups of two throughout the first two rows of the theater, giving them the best seats in the house for the once in a lifetime "performance" Beto was soon to give whether he wanted to or not.
Same as the fathers-to-be who were up on stage with him, everyone out in the audience was all smiles. Now that their presence had been revealed, most of them started snapping pictures or shooting video, their devices aimed at the prone, naked, incredibly fecund teen. Beto had experienced a lot of embarrassment over the last several months, too much to recall it all other than to say all of it paled in comparison to what he felt now with his massive belly, milk-filled breasts, cock and balls and pregnancy fattened ass all aimed out directly at his adoring "fans."
"While we wait for the last few to arrive and for the show to start, which it should any time now…" Ms. Murphy said as she turned to face the crowd while simultaneously moving closer to the prone teen beside her. "Let me review with everyone and enlighten Beto, your incredible surrogate, how all this is going to work."
"While obviously, some incredible advancements have been made in the fields of medicine and fertility…" she continued as she reached out and placed her closest hand on Beto's angry orb. "It's still not possible to tell before they're born, whose baby is whose. At least not when there's THIS many!" She laughed as she gave her star student's belly two resounding pats that echoed throughout the theater. "As such, it's been decided that the biological parents will each get a turn assisting in the number of deliveries corresponding with the number of babies Beto is carrying for them. For most, this number is one, but for a couple of you, it's two," she turned and smiled at two couples off to her left.
"Once a baby has been born," she went on. "After it's been checked by the doctor and nurses on standby backstage, after it's been cleaned up, a rapid DNA test will be performed to make sure everyone goes home with the correct children. After they've had their first meal, of course!" She smiled as she took her hand from Beto's belly and moved it up to his closest, bloated breast, which she also gave a gentle pat.
Gentle as this touch was, because of how engorged his breasts were, it still caused him to groan. Beto had no sooner stopped when he started huffing and puffing as his belly began to clench again, this time more violently.
"Please…" he pleaded, turning to look at the men on either side of him then out to the audience. "Someone… Anyone…" he winced as his occupants protested having their home squished. "Stop this! Get me to… a hospital or the… facility! Please!"
Through all his pouring sweat and tears, Beto noticed a few of the couples exchange worried looks and quick whispers, all of which seemed to be dismissed once one reminded their better half why they were there. To prevent any further worry, Ms. Murphy addressed the group again.
"I won't lie and say this is necessarily going to be a pleasant experience," she admitted. "It's going to be difficult, for some more than others," she nodded back at Beto, earning herself a chuckle from the group. "It will be real… Probably the realest thing you've ever seen if you haven't already participated in a labor and delivery event."
"This one's a little different than most though, isn't it?" A woman asked from the front row, also earning some laughs.
"Yes and no," Murphy replied. "In terms of numbers, most definitely, but despite that, I expect it to go quite textbook. That being said, it is going to be natural, raw, and undeniably intense, so allow me to thank you all for putting your faith in me and agreeing to this. I promise, none of you are going to be disappointed, not only by the experience, but by the end results as well, of course," she assured, earning herself a round of undeserved applause.
Over the course of his demented teacher's disillusioned monologue, Beto was hit by another contraction, this one stronger than the last. Now that it'd become blatantly obvious no one in attendance was on his side, he did his best to mask his reaction and did a fairly good job at first… But try as he might, after thirty very painful seconds, Beto literally couldn't contain himself anymore as the super intense pressure that had suddenly built up in him just as suddenly released without warning.
The laboring teen howled, watching in horror and agony as a torrent of hot and sticky fluid shot from his exposed hole, splashing loudly onto the floor several feet in front of him, some of it actually shooting off the stage. Though obviously highly anticipated, the rapid eruption was still quite shocking, the audience releasing a loud, collective gasp as several of them jumped to their feet to get a better view and of course, snap more pictures or start filming again. This was after all, something the likes of which they'd all probably never see again…
So much, warm, sticky water gushing out of him with such force didn't feel good, but even in the shockingly disturbing moment, Beto couldn't deny it wasn't nice to so quickly be relieved of at least some of the incredible weight and pressure (physically and mentally) he'd been under for so long, but especially as of late. Through wide eyes brimming and burning with sweat and tears, he watched his belly get noticeably smaller as more and more amniotic fluid continued flying out of him, just as it had with Seamus.
Well, sort of… Since Beto was carrying seven more babies than his special friend, it went without saying that he had a lot more to evacuate. As he continued to spurt like a freshly drilled oil well, water now running off the front of the stage, all he could do was continually moan, groan, and babble incoherently.
"Wh… What did you… do to… to me?" He demanded of Murphy between rapid pants, beginning to feel nauseous as his involuntary flow finally sputtered off to a trickle.
Beto already knew the answer to his haltingly asked question. He knew without a doubt what Murphy had done, but what he didn't know is whether she'd cop to the drugging? But of course she did because in her delusional mind, there was nothing wrong with any of this.
"What I did was administer a dose of the labor-inducing drug you stole from my office," she replied in all honesty. "Probably enough to induce a horse!" She concluded with a shrug and a chuckle, but without any sign of worry or concern.
"I feel like… like I'm gonna… be sick!" Beto said, wishing he could shout it instead but worried if he notched his reaction up any further, he'd start spewing from his mouth this time.
"He looks kinda green…" A man, presumably another one of "his" babies' biological fathers, called out from his seat.
"That's perfectly normal," Ms. Murphy assured everyone with a smile. "And good! For those of you who might not know, Beto included, it's a sign he's…"
"Entering traditional labor!" A sexy blonde shouted out as she jumped up and down, her big and round, perfect, probably silicone rather than milk-filled breasts bouncing as she side hugged her presumably husband.
"That's right!" Ms. Murphy excitedly confirmed. "I see someone's done their homework!"
"I did! This is so exciting!"
"Does that mean he's ready?" Another woman called out. "Can he start pushing?!"
"We're still waiting on a few stragglers, including the parents of the star of our show, at least until all your stars arrive, but let's check!" The teacher said with a clap of her hands as she simultaneously donned a pair of gloves she pulled from the pocket of her lab coat and moved between Beto's legs, careful on the wet floor.
Since there was nothing he could do but get through this, Beto panted in a mix between anticipation and pain as another contraction hit. Though not much time had passed since his first real one, they were now coming almost back to back, continuing to intensify, and lasting almost thirty seconds each, hardly giving him time to recover from the last or catch his breath. Even though his odds were slim to none, now feeling slightly less nauseous, Beto rallied his already waning strength and energy and shouted out again in hopes of convincing someone, just one person, to help.
"Someone! Anyone! Pleeeeeeeeease!" He loudly begged. "Fuckin' help me!"
"Language, Beto! This is a family affair!" Murphy scolded as she brought a gloved hand to his hole, inserted three fingers with ease and set to feeling around. "I'm deducting two points from your final grade. The next time you speak inappropriately, it's going to be four more, so I advise you to watch your tongue…"
"WHAT THE…" Beto began to yell but then promptly snapped his mouth shut, sucking in his top lip.
This was his fucking final. Despite it all, everything he'd been through to "successfully" get to this painful, painfully embarrassingly and horrifying point, it wasn't enough. Somehow, he still had to get the grade he so desperately needed so as not to put his further education at risk, which Beto saw as his key to getting away from his parents (hopefully, for good) and getting on with as normal of a life as was going to be possible after all this. Just when he thought things couldn't have gotten any worse, of course they did.
"So what's the verdict?" Someone called out. "Is he ready? Has he dilated yet?"
Before replying, Ms. Murphy let out a happy little giggle. She was leaned in so close to Beto between his legs that he was able to feel her warm exhale blow acros his already aching hole. aching her mouth close enough to Beto that he felt her warm breath blow against his already aching hole.
"He's more than dilated!" She excitedly replied over her shoulder. "He's already starting to crown! Now who's ready to have some babies?!"
A loud, series of group cheers and whoops came from the front rows, accompanied by enthusiastic applause. The parents-to-be were ready, but now that the beginning of the end of all this was here, something Beto had been dreaming/having nightmares about for some time, he wasn't because needless to say, this wasn't how he imagined it happening…
While he'd long since realized where and however it happened, it wasn't going to be pleasant, he'd never imagined it happening like this. Beto thought he'd give birth at the facility, under the care of the state doctor and a plethora of nurses. He figured other people would be there too, but not literally an entire audience! He thought he'd have an epidural to dull the pain, he thought he'd be able to move more and have some semblance of control over the situation… Who had he been trying to fool? Himself, obviously.
As he came to the conclusion of this belated, unfortunate realization, the teen surrogate noticed that while he'd been having it, the theater had become alive with movement. A couple nurses were in the process of bringing more medical equipment onto the stage, including a cart stacked with scrubs and other PPE. The biological parents started lining up to don the gear, the first couple scrambling into theirs before hurrying over to stand behind Murphy as the wife handed her phone over to the woman behind her, asking her to shoot video for her.
This was undeniably happening. While Beto wasn't mentally ready for it to be, his overburdened, overloaded body sure was. His maxed out womb was now clenching violently, almost non-stop, slowly but not so gently, forcing the eight babies within him lower, putting his apparently already fully dilated hole that already had a head partially sticking out of it, under even more pressure and strain. Till then, he'd been too shocked, scared and otherwise distracted to fully realize just how much pain he was experiencing but now, it all hit Beto like a ton of bricks.
So even though he didn't want to, not here, not now, not in front of all these people, Beto still gave his first push when Ms. Murphy told him to. It hurt. A lot. He let out a low and long hiss from between his teeth as he tucked his chin between his sweaty breasts and leaned forward as much as he could to get as much force and leverage out of himself as he could.
Just as he'd proved to be when it came to being pregnant, Beto proved to be a good, strong pusher. Only a few seconds into his first push though, he felt an especially intense pressure at his hole and cried out as he stopped, throwing his head back against the pillows behind it, gasping for breath.
What the hell had been the point of all the stretching and manipulation by the state?! With an actual baby's head wedged in it, it felt to Beto as if his "loosened" hole was being stretched to an impossible point. Feeling like his entire body had been placed on a medieval stretching rack and was being pulled to the very last vestiges of its abilities, he began seeing radioactive tendrils of pain. Things had barely gotten underway and already, Beto felt he'd reached his breaking point.
Unsurprisingly, Ms. Murphy didn't agree. Not even close… She thought he was doing wonderfully. Her words were encouraging as she watched the first baby slowly emerge, though she did admit, "It's a good thing you were put on such an aggressive stretching program, because this baby has a huge head!"
While her commentary further excited and engaged the crowd, Beto didn't need it. He didn't need to be told the baby's head was huge… He knew 'cause it was coming out of his ass! Since he wanted this over and done with as soon as possible, he pushed again when Murphy told him to. This time, he pushed two seconds longer, reaching five but stopped and collapsed back again when he heard a loud, violent noise, something between a slam and a snap.
"Oh God!!! I tore!!!" He wailed.
Beto was understandably freaked the fuck out, because this was how guys died!!! They tore and then they bled out, and that was at a fully-equipped hospital or the facility! He'd heard stories about guys tearing and dying from classmates, which he considered at the time to be the equivalent of pregnancy "ghost stories," scary, yes, but just stories! But no… Now it was actually happening to him!
Now, Beto would never get the chance to do anything with his life… Ms. Murphy performing an emergency cesarean she probably wasn't even qualified to so he could give all these people their precious babies, would be his legacy. He probably wouldn't even get to set eyes on one of the now not so little buggers he'd carried so well and for so long, them coming into the world via a gaping slice to his belly (and maybe one to his taint) as he left it there onstage.
Because his latest cry had been so terrified and alarming, it finally got a sympathetic reaction from the group. Everyone rushed and crowded around him, including the doctor who hurried over from backstage. If he'd torn, Beto might not make it, but the eight babies had to.
Just when he'd resigned himself to start seeing his life flash before his tear-filled eyes, there was another commotion amongst the group. The people standing to his left parted as Beto's parents pushed their way through.
"You didn't tear, Beto," Murphy assured him from between his legs, her tone flat and commanding, offering no comfort or reassurance. "Now keep pushing! I didn't tell you to stop!"
"I… I didn't?" He asked as he stared at his parents, eyes shooting daggers. "What, wh… was that noise then?" He asked as per demented request, he started pushing again, only tentatively this time, especially when he felt his hole widen even more.
"That was us, mijo," his mother said. "The door slammed hard behind us. Now push like your teacher told you!" She nodded.
"This is no time for laziness," his father chided with a firm shake of his head. "Everyone here is waiting and counting on you!"
Once it was confirmed he wasn't dying, everyone calmed down some and all but the "first" couple and Murphy stepped back. Knowing he'd live (for now, anyway,) Beto felt slightly better. Only just though, and only mentally… Physically, he felt not only like he was still on the cusp of not only tearing, but exploding, there was just so much pain and pressure.
As he resumed pushing more effectively, he quickly gave over to screams as the first baby slowly but forcefully slammed its way through his rectum. In the middle of his third good push, the baby suddenly shot the rest of the way out, the first biological father literally catching it as he got soaked by another dramatic release of amniotic fluid that followed "Beto's" firstborn.
"Would you like to cut the cord, Mommy?" Ms. Murphy offered as she handed the woman a pair of sterile, medical scissors.
"Of course!" The woman beamed. "This is the best moment of my life!" She said as she snipped where instructed. "No offense, honey!" She smiled at her husband. "Do you think he's ours?!"
"Hard to tell…" the soaked man replied as the baby started to wail. "He's a little…"
"There's nothing little about him!" His wife interjected before he could finish as she helped guide him to standing, making sure he was holding the newborn properly, even if it wasn't theirs.
Following his first delivery, the forced surrogate's contractions subsided for the time being, allowing him to watch this exchange. As much of it as he could see of it anyway, over and beyond his belly, which still towered nearly as high and heavy atop and in front of him despite having lost one apparently big inhabitant. His vision was blurred by pain, fatigue and the immense amount of sweat pouring from his brow, that no one bothered to wipe and he wasn't able to with his hands bound. While he could, Beto tried his best to catch his breath and get his heart to calm beneath his milk-laden breasts, which proved pointless when he remembered (as if he could've possibly forgotten) as he felt his next contraction starting to quickly build, that he had seven more babies to get out before he'd be getting his grade.
The renewed, back to back contractions quickly worked the next baby into his birth canal, once again, somehow further increasing his internal pressure. It wasn't long before Beto was pushing again, getting the second, equally sized baby out and into the hands of the next couple. He got this baby (a girl) out in just four good pushes and didn't get much of a break except for while her cord was being cut before he was pushing out the third, the second couple sticking around to do the honors "delivering" it as they were expecting twins.
The rest of the long, embarrassing and arduous ordeal continued to be much the same. Just as Ms. Murphy had hoped everything continued to go "textbook," neither Beto nor any of the babies experiencing any complications, thankfully, including tearing. Still, he gave countless screams, receiving an equal amount of cheers in return, which weren't actually directed at him as his enormous pregnancy shrank baby by baby, but at the new, biological parents. There were breaks between each delivery, but none were ever long enough for Beto to come close to recovering from the last…
After what seemed like an eternity, but had only been a quite impressively short, two hours since he'd started pushing, Beto expelled the last baby from his now gaping hole. It was another boy, whose cord was cut by one half of the gay couple who'd apparently drawn the shortest straw. Only then were the finally no longer pregnant teen's wrists unbound, but his legs were left up in the stirrups.
As he looked around the stage and saw all the new parents doting over the children he'd birthed for them, who if Beto was being honest, was actually eager to see, Ms. Murphy explained to him that he still needed to pass the placenta. She'd undone his wrist restraints because she needed him to push on the top of his own belly to help get the discardable organ out.
When his next contraction came, Beto pushed like he had over the last two hours but this time, with the added force of his hands. He felt nauseous again as he felt and saw how deep his hands went into his now soft and loose belly, and then even more so as Murphy pulled the placenta out as he pushed. Having held eight big babies, it was needless to say, disturbingly large and took several seconds for it to fully emerge which thankfully, didn't hurt.
After Beto was given five minutes, during which he was supposed to rest, but he was too tired to. That and all he could do was stare and poke at the mushy, brown mass of a stomach he'd been left with… Several of the babies were crying, eager for their first meal, especially the firstborn, who'd had to wait the longest for all his other "siblings" to be born before he ate. The cries triggered Beto's nipples, which quickly began to leak steadily.
By then, the rapid DNA tests had been performed and there'd been a bit of parent shuffling, though a few couples had actually delivered their own child. The first two of the eight to be born were brought over by their biological parents and carefully handed over to Beto, whose downstairs was being tended to by two nurses, still exposed for anyone interested to see. He expertly positioned the babies and let them feed, which they both did with gusto. They drank till they got their fill, then popped his nipples from their mouths and had already drifted off before they were taken away and replaced.
Each baby Beto fed ate like it was their last meal. According to Ms. Murphy, who'd changed out of her dirty scrubs, he'd averaged an impressive ten minutes per baby and judging by how bloated his breasts remained, still had plenty left to offer should any decide they wanted seconds.
"If they keep eating like this, everyone's going to have fat, healthy babies!" Murphy commended the parents. "So if you're interested, make sure you sign up for Beto's feeding services before you leave," she reminded them.
While no one had expressed interest before, now that they'd seen how much Beto expressed, and how beneficial feeding from could be for their newborns, everyone signed up, meaning unfortunately, Beto's nightmarish ordeal wasn't over just yet…
