Seeing what works is always a learning process : D since there's no handbook for it, it always comes down to the individual to figure out what works well without self-destructing too easily XD I've been taking a lot of inspiration already from what other creators offer but my mistake was not realising that some of them are artist DUOs who can obviously do so much more than I can as a single person. I tend to overestimate my energy levels a lot, so that's another thing to learn :') I think overall I need to focus more on "quality over quantity" despite social media dictating it the other way around, but that's just not working out for me. Procreate definitely saves time :D And just answering questions in comments is also a good idea. My goal initially was to just have a collection of answers ready to link people to instead of answering everything multiple times ; _;) I like having cool stuff just lined up and ready to help out hahah, but again, I can't do everything all at once. But yeah, those are all really good suggestions! I should definitely intertwine my comic work and what I have on Patreon a bit more. I must sit on that thought for a little while longer ' -') πŸ’•

Not overworking yourself is SUPER important. Crunch times happen, but it shouldn't be your daily reality. I did remember people talking about Patreon in a convention for those who wanted to live off their art and the speakers did warn about how you plan tiers because these are contents that you are engaging yourself to deliver every month. It can be exhausting. In one of your most recent posts (I'm writing from the future -_^), you mention Procreate and it's video recording. A lot of artists use that feature to post speed videos. Honestly, I love speed paints. We can learn a lot just by looking at what you do. The Procreate recording thing could save you lots of recording and editing time. :) If people have questions, you could just answer them in the comments section instead of doing full tutorials? As for balancing out the tiers, I think it's a very good idea if it helps you in the long run! Your health is important! I strongly suggest you to look to what other artists propose in their tiers. It could inspire you. Some propose more "mature" drawings for higher tiers. -_^ Others linearts, sketchbook tours, short tutorials (like a 2 minutes video or something that holds on one page), etc. We are here to see YOUR content after all. Linking your workflow with your Patreon could help you as in you're not doing extra work for here, but we rather see exclusive things from you? I don't know if it makes sense? Doing a Webcomic AND a Patreon is a lot of work so finding a way to combine all that together is no easy task but I hope the suggestions you're getting from everyone will help you figure it out. :)

two reasons for that! I'd like to create more of a buffer again so that patrons will be more pages ahead than wt/tapas. and this way i have an easier time to stick to 2 updates per month on those pages, which, especially on webtoon, gives me the opportunity to get more views and thus more money through ad revenue etc :)

how come you cut the webtoon chapter shorter then the patreon one today? Just super curious about your thoughts
