shallow sleep WIP (and life update)
🕑 Added 2018-08-08 21:03:58 +0000 UTC thank you guys so so much for your feedback on the first part of shallow sleep ; A;))) that means so much to me, i'm very happy you received the intro so well! i'm working on the next part of the chapter like a maniac, another 6 pages, which are almost done, too! i want to get them done until the end of the week so i can start the next chapter.however, once again all my plans have been disrupted LOL on saturday i got my dog fynn back from my ex... with a surprise parasite T _T long story short, to make sure fynni can recover from this fully, i have to spend a lot (A LOT) of time cleaning for the next couple of weeks, i have bought various chemicals that i have to use on every surface in my apartment multiple times and in general i'm terrified of getting infected too (although from what i learned the chances are really really low for that to happen), so i'm basically spending most of my time disinfecting my hands, even after touching clothes i might have worn when i took fynni for a walk or whenever i touch a door handle that i could have touched before without non-disinfected hands!! lol
i'm definitely overreacting but i can't help it, i feel like i can SENSE the bacteria on my skin and it freaks me out lol
my good boy is doing fine luckily, i also spent a lot of time feeding him special foods, meds and energy drinks so he can get back some of the electrolytes he'd been missing out on when he was constantly throwing up.
maybe you can imagine that this is taking up a lot of my energy currently. T_T and let's not think about the money i had to spent on all of this; money that i do not actually have at all! BUT MY FURRY SON IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ; A;))))))) 💕💕💕
i feel like i'm complaining about everything in every post i write here, which is not my intention, but since my presence on patreon has been a little scarce over the last few weeks i think it's important i let you know why that's been the case. i'm trying my best to stay on top of my schedule but.........
i'm afraid to say i'm not sure if i can manage that this month.... i'm really not sure if i can provide the muted updates in august. i don't wanna take a break from it, i want to keep pushing the story too, but i'm uncertain if i will have enough time to get an update out that's high quality enough. i don't want to provide anything that's not good, so maybe i'd rather take the risk and not update for a month and lose subs/supporters? which is also a scary thought because i rely on the money, ESPECIALLY now that webtoons's patreon program is over and i'm already losing a very significant amount of money each month XD
i haven't found my solution yet, but right now, in my overworked, tired, worried state, i do think the healthiest decision would be to take the risk and not update muted this month. i'll definitely get back to it in september, but august is a whole other level of workload and if i can't do it, then... i can't do it, i guess.
so, yeah, AGAIN TLDR;
if you're supporting me here only because of MUTED, then please know that i don't know if i can update it this month as usual ; _;) i understand if you wanna delete your pledge, but the boys will be back VERY soon, i simply have to compartmentalise my energy on other, more urgent things currently 💕
and now i will take a short break, go for a walk and then back to shallow sleep until i pass out for the night ✨

Well, I now realize you won’t get that increase until next month, but it’ll be there ❤️

Most of ya understand!! THE FUZZY PUPPER IS IMPORTANT!! And I’m not sure if I’ve said on your posts or not, but I’m a patron because I believe in supporting you as an artist, not just because I get stuff in return, but because I DO want to support you as an artist! So take your time and figure everything out for yourself to be happy with what you decide 😊 I know it’s hard!! It may not be much, but I’ll increase my pledge, at least for a while! ❤️ Hope the pup recovers! And keep plugging along! ❤️
