Haha yes! Tbf the VANA won’t tear you into atoms, you’ll remain in a stable state for all of eternity, looping round from the beginning to the end of time endlessly. If you’re reallllly careful in the FLUX you’ll be alright too.

I think you’re right actually Alien Person, it should actually be the inverse of what I said here, where the equivalent points in which galaxies exist in the REAL would be voids in the ELAN, that was a silly oversight by me, I’ll make the edit. Thanks! I am interested to hear more about what you mentioned there though incomplete machine, could you explain a little bit more about your theory there? So if there was some strange force within the ELAN that allowed for the flipping of states this could be a source of energy for the Imperium, but what would those states be in this model of yours, dark matter and dark energy?

Haha thanks man! It’s a real joy to continually add to this project and to make it into something with real depth that readers can sink their teeth into and get lost in. I try to make everything internally consistent at the very least and not to hand wave too much.

It’s interesting to think about, but also truly terrifying to think if it was possible. I think we can safely say that it cannot be used for time travel because the All-Mother hasn’t used it to go back and eliminate the Tandrax species in their infancy or anything of the sort.

could be both. if the Elan particles generate both an unknown replusive force and an attractive gravitational force simultaniously. maybe each Elan particle is constantly vibrating between either state, which might be why they can be used for energy generation.

If you're still taking suggestions on what to put in the lore pages, can you put in something about Over-Father ascension? Could you put in a page about a famous first hand account of the Imperium taking over a world, like some recording that was made and then found by the Conglomerate? What sort of things is the VANA used for? I sent you some messages, just wanted to tell you in case you missed them.

So THAT'S the green stuff! I'd assumed it was just a case of cool "handwavium", but this adds so much more complexity. Happy to see your ability to continually add depth is still at work. ^_^

Absolutely love these, especially that the elan has actually showed up in the comics before and how it works is being explained here. Also love the idea of the vans! One small thing I would say is that I'm pretty sure dark energy is what's responsible for the rapid expansion of the universe, whereas dark *matter* is responsible for holding large objects such as galaxies together where gravity should be too weak. I may be wrong, but if memory serves correct what is described here should be dark matter and not dark energy, but I would double check it lol. Either way great work!!
