🕑 Added 2024-11-05 16:47:48 +0000 UTCIntroducing Arrowaun, the wandering wizard of Brycglond! Arrowaun is a kindhearted and wise man learned in the arts of magic. He belongs to a race known as the Nunacairn, his kind once presided over a civilisation that reached heights hitherto unseen in all of Concavia. The Nunacairn were ultimately responsible for the events that lead directly to the Great Deluge, a catastrophic event that collapsed all civilisations world wide and sent every race back to the stone-age. The Nunacairn were decimated by the apocalyptic flood, perhaps more so than any other race because of their reliance on the comforts of their advanced society. Millennia after the flood, Nunacairn like Arrowaun here dwell in carefully maintained ruins of their once great civilisation, the wizards among their ranks spend their days pouring over scrolls of lore and preserving what little knowledge they have left of a more enlightened age. I’ll be doing a series of illustrations like this one for each of the main cast of characters in my fantasy novel titled Concavia, so stay tuned for that. There will be more Humanity Lost coming soon also!
