You have the patience of saints, thank you for sticking with me whilst I finished off this two page spread. I quite literally wouldn’t be able to produce entires to Humanity Lost of this detail without your continued support and I’m super thankful. You allow me to take the time that I need to create pages like these ones that I simply wouldn’t be able to if I had hard deadlines and a publisher breathing down my neck, you afford me freedom and I appreciate that so much!
I’ve uploaded multiple pictures of the two page spread through its major stages of development so that you can see just how much work really went into it.
Wizzard designed the fluffy Ponyohian spider you see hanging from that Vureii butchers stall and Alien person designed that large orange Bobbit worm looking creature that you can see hung from the very same stall, congrats to them for winning the contest held over on the discord. 👏🏻

Thanks as always Erika! ☺️ Yeah that’s right, their suit can process raw biomass in-situ and feed it to the post-human inside via a form of Nutri-fluid or yoke. He’s not limited to his current size, it’s just that he has the most control over his form at that size. He could definitely bulk up if the situation required it and he could even form blades and armour, things like that. it is possible, I’m really not sure what the true number is through. The Orion Arm is roughly 10,000 light years long and almost 4000 ly across. The story takes place on a small section of that arm and Imperium territory doesn’t even fill the full width of the galactic arm. All 4000 ly of that width isn’t populated by stars all crammed in like sardines, an awful lot of it is empty space and the Imperium tend to only form Womb-worlds in systems which are already inhabited so that they have a foundation of bio-mass with which to form their Womb-world. Truth be told, I’m not sure how you’d calculate that, but there are certainly thousands of Over-fathers at the very least.

Haha yes soak it in! It is indeed, the idea is that these lifeforms have been altered to breath Kolaxan atmosphere and some of them have gotten loose and became pests.

Very impressive! Are Imperium soldiers usually fed by some sort of nutri-fluid but will eat dead units to recycle them? When Uthipidus uses his transmutation abilities is he limited by the amount of mass he has available in his body? By the way, if the Imperium controls thousands of light years of space then there could be tens of thousands of star systems under the All-Mother's control, would this mean there are tens of thousands of Over-Father's as well?
