Page 266 line-work (W.I.P).
🕑 Added 2024-05-25 11:51:44 +0000 UTCSorry about the wait for this one folks, but as you can see, this is no ordinary page. This took hours upon hours to figure out, but I’m pleased with the end result. With that being said, I’ve still got a few more little bits to add.
I’ll have the colours and the speech bubbles added soon.
As always, thanks for your patience and for your support, it’s very much appreciated!

Based on the size of that one big Pect, it looks like maybe a 100,000 if they’re in Earth-sized apartment buildings, but more if it’s like Sam’s pod on Luna:)

Me too, the coloured version is up now by the way 😁

I love cutaway illustrations!

These tonnels would be a great place to hide from the space radiation, shielded with all this asteroid mass.

Thanks Erika! that’d make a lot of sense, but I can’t retcon the series now, I’ll toy around with designing one like that though, perhaps an imperium navigator like being with an enhanced bio-mechanical body. As for aliens, I’m sure there has been some of that going on, most likely with the Yarkeen as they disproportionately live as hired guns. I’m not sure how contact would be made though, it’s in interesting one to think about 🤔

Take your time

Hmm I hadn’t thought about the exact number, what do you think it’d be? Bare in mind there’s two of these asteroids strapped together and a space port in-between them. A lot of the tunnels are there so that inhabitants can stretch their legs and not go loopy from being cooped up all the time. The tunnels are what was left from the old mining days of the station.
Callum Diggle
Thanks so much mate. Indeed! They have both exclusive areas where they can live without breathing apparatus on and they have mixed spaces where they can trade with the other species, but where environment suits must be worn when in the caves, at least it’s pressurised down there though so they don’t have to wear clunky space suits.

Thanks so much man, I’ll get started on your commission as soon as I have this bad boy coloured

You’re on the ball as always my man, that’s where Baron Janudua and his loyal praetorian guard live, along with their wives and families. It’s their own little slice of home, only kolaxans are allowed in usually, unless someone is summoned specifically by Janudua himself (usually hired members of other species that police their own species sector and go into spaces where the Kolaxans would struggle). His men can request a summon too, but it must be approved by the Baron.

this goes hard asf. im guessing that really nice looking spot at the lower tip of the station is where the kolaxans are hanging out?

Great work! I wonder, why do the Over-Fathers still have a somewhat human looking form and aren't just absurdly powerful psychic brains connected to a life support system? Also have any aliens tried allying with the Imperium or has the Imperium ever coerced aliens to work for them? The All-Mother could have some of them go to the Conglomerate and act as spies.

Details! Like a termite mound with a modern city inside and on the surface! What’s the population like? It seems like some tunnels almost rural in density
Fire_Warrior22
Impressive as always lad. It seems that not only does each species have an area where they can live comfortably, but also where they have their own buildings.
Callum Diggle
Thanks so much, I figured that it’s cool to have pages like this to flick back to
Ryan
No kidding the details are incredible
Callum Diggle
Haha oh hell yeah dude
Callum Diggle
Bro it took so much time haha
