I’m getting married later this week and then we’re going on our honeymoon to the island of Ithaca in Greece, It’s going to be amazing and i’m so excited! I’m going to try and finish this page before I go though, but if I can’t, you know where I’ll be and I’ll be back in just over a week.
Also, for those interested, there’s a competition being held over on the Humanity Lost discord server, it’s just a bit of fun where people can design their own alien and the winner gets to have their creation feature in this issue of Humanity Lost. Thanks so much mate. Congrats on getting engaged, I’m sure you’ll be following suit soon! My wife and I both picked the music along with suggestions from our families. That’s a neat trick to get everyone up on the dance floor at least once haha. The spider vehicle is just a background detail really, but the idea is that it can transport personnel modules and cargo between habitats via the tethers that keep them all suspended.

Thanks so much mate, only a day away now! Kolaxans do indeed have a very long lifespan that is only aided by their advanced longevity technology. Janudua will actually go into detail about this when he and Deicide meet, but yeah, the empire has an emperor, but in times of crisis a dictator is installed by the emperors command to deal with the crisis with his specific expertise. Much like how In Ancient Rome, they had temporary dictatorships who would then yield power to the senate once the crisis had abated.

Congrats on getting married lad. I wish you and your fiancée an amazing wedding and a fantastic honeymoon. Also, as always, this looks incredible, and the little lore bit regarding the Kolaxans and their empire has left me quite intrigued. I am guessing that they are quite long lived if the founder of the station is still alive, given that it seems to be quite developed. Also, since you mentioned "dictator", I am guessing that whoever is the leader of the Kolaxan Empire doesn't usually hold all the power.
