That’s an interesting question. I’d say that psionic interfacing is much quicker quicker than verbal communication, perhaps that can alter the perception of time when in dialogue, perhaps it’s similar to how the layers of dreams are depicted in inception. But yes, a long time has passed between the end of issue 7 and the start of issue 8. I’ll make that more clear by adding in a page that just says “25 years later…” before the Nomad star double page spread. There is no tracking device on the ship, the crew managed to escape safely 😁

Does time work differently in whatever psionic realm they were in or is this a long time after that? Also do you think an Imperium tracking device got planted on one of the ships? Do you think there's an Imperium drone that's been clinging to the outside of a vessel for the entire trip?
