Changes coming to Patreon pt.2
🕑 Added 2016-10-28 00:19:29 +0000 UTCI've had a few comments regarding the removal of our $5 tier and decided to bring it back.
However at this point I've been posting nearly everything on the $1+ tier and this isn't fair or people who pledge higher, and it doesn't incentivize people raising their pledges to get higher rewards. While I do cater posts to higher tiers, I could do that better.
So I'm treating $1 tier level more as a tip jar, the posts $1 tiers will see from now on are basic posts, blog posts and content posted on Patreon the night before it's posted on Twitter. Whereas higher tiers will see early looks at content sometimes weeks/months before that material/information is public, sketches, progress shots of games in development etc.
I'm debating lowering the $885 goal from the $10 tier to the $5 tier as a response to encourage people to help us meet this pledge level. This is something we're eager to do, but we would want to secure the funding to be able to commission writers and artists such as Peppertsuki or myself. Or hiring guest artists and writers to do one-shot LN style stories. To do that we have to try to meet this goal. I hope everyone understands!
Beyond that, this Patreon is a primary source of funding for Lupiesoft, and the money we get we use to hire musicians like Tony Manfredonia and Ivy Fae (who did the Stargazers OST), to hire writers etc. The more we make in Patreon we feel, has a directly impact on the quality of games we're able to make.
Thanks everyone!

That ... was quick! I am hopefully the first 5 dollar patreon ;D THANK YOU VERY MUCH. And you should take the next few days too and think about it how every tier should look like. So that you see an improvement for the 5 and 10 dollar tier. Like the normal resolution nsfw thing for 10-dollar and where the comics should go in … etc. so that you have a clear change of benefits who the people really want. (the higher the more) of course. Think about it carefully, so that you never must do a change ever again, hopefully. PS: different resolutions is a normal thing when it comes to NSFW and Comics. So you can give higher tiers a little bit more Oomph!, if you want to say it so.
