Jumping back in this comments section to say that what you two do is truly helping people heal. A few weeks ago, I literally started drafting a comment on one of your audios here, but moved it to my journal because I realized I was leaning into the parasocial aspect a little too hard - and just WROTE what turned out to be essentially the outline of a memoir that I keep saying I need to write. The comment-section-appropriate version is that I’m nearly 40, was raised extremely conservative as was my husband of 16 years. We met at church as teenagers, got married waaaay too young, had 3 kids. Through all this, sex and my sexuality was something I struggled with on a near-constant basis. We left our faith in 2019, moved our family to another state to give us space from our still-super-conservative family to have more freedom be ourselves. Through all that, my husband and I became better and better at communication and working through our own issues, but I still got hung up on sex and feeling comfortable with myself in that way. I found Quinn in October and joined this Patreon soon after and something in my brain just…clicked. Listening to the two of you - especially in your overheards and your AMAs - has helped heal parts of me that I had essentially given up on as irrevocably broken. So, um, thank you for being you and sharing that with internet strangers.

You guys 💜 the opening question/answer hit me in my cold heart. Everything you both do is so important and so appreciated. I hate that anyone would send anything negative your way because of feelings they can’t manage. I’m a petty af Taurus who will be very happy to put my energy to fucking them up so if you ever need that just shout. Which brings me to my second comment, about X being a Virgo. I suspected this might be the case after listening to some overheards. My partner is and I think that contributes to me being VERY well taken care of in the bedroom - but sometimes it is a challenge to keep up (I am a mere mortal), he’s good at checking in and reading where I’m at but Ellie if you’ve got any tips to help a girl out on keeping up with this kind of man please send them my way.
