Raanan’s advice to repeat peoples name back to them when talking is huge. I used to bartend and I sucked at remembering names. The bartenders who were better with peoples names had more regulars and made more money. Great sode boys, never heard of raanan but the dude is absolutely hilarious and a great guest with some good advice.
