I think you’re a very inspirational person. The fact that you’ve had your struggles with anxiety yet have been able to achieve all that you have as an artist and grow your platform on youtube. I have so much respect for anyone who can find a way to overcome their struggles, especially in these times with social media. I never look at my phone 1hr before going to bed or for 1hr when I get up in the morning. The mind is so powerful and if you see something negative if can ruin the rest of your day or cause you to have disturbed sleep. I try meditation morning & night which really helps.
