Mia Tyler is right! Tech 9 is from Philly and a battle rapper. He's the one who is gone. His music is nowhere near as popular as Tech N9ne from Kansas City known for his fast raps and style. Hope that clears it up!

Tech 9 and Tech N9ne are different people, the first one was a battle rapper who died last year. the second is the one whos music you probably have heard

I'm sorry for putting you in this position but I need to know because I know that you know a lot about Hip Hop now, did Tech n 9 + e, or Tech 9 die? Or are they two different people, I only say this because I don't want to be talking wrong about someone that's not the same person but no matter how I put it that name in it comes out that he died two months ago and what people are saying about him his own friends it has to be true plus I know a little something about court, and they're right. Mia so please answer the question? Mia
