i have flat bottom headlights late 3rd gen they started then on late 06 and still have 5.9l before switching to 6.7l

Never once said that it was far from done, Just said that there was some touching up that has been needed to be done. And Warren, your's isn't "LATE", its very early Third gen. 07.5 is when the 6.7 came into play. They disregarded the 5.9 for the 6.7. So yours is most likely a 1/2007-5/2007. Same headlight style I suppose. I also have DM'd McLain about this specific truck, no reply. The body style I got mixed up with is the 06 body style with the headlights that are round at the bottom...that was my fault. Got into the moment for a second. Like I said, a little touching up and it would be way better. In the original post I made, I specified the years. which I did again, and I'm pretty sure in the VERY EARLY 07 months (probably January and February) they still had the other style headlights. So again, no hate on the mod, just needs a little love.

So I am assuming you're trying to say this body style of third gen wasn't 5.9? which it in fact was. Read your comment about 5 times and still don't understand what you're getting at by saying third gens are not 5.9s but anyways if there's things you don't like about the mod this is not the way to go about telling the creator. If he says Final Version and there are things that bother you either DM him and see if he can help you out or learn to mod and fix them but telling him his mod is far from done is just rude.

I might be a new sub, but theres alot of work needed to be done on this rig....AS A OWNER of a 3rd gen (07.5 to 09)...the headlights aint this shitless....they suck, but not that bad...also on the american racing rims...the rear are farther from the hubs allowing a space inbetween the studs and rim (and/or) tire itself. Finally...the third gens are not 5.9s...this goes for EVERYONE that builds a third gen. The early third gens are 03-07(early 07) and they're 5.9s......07.5 (mid to late)-09 are 6.7's...honestly it IS A GOOD MOD AND HAS ALOT of potential...just needs some love...Awesome work McLain...honestly though...No hate...I'm just a VERY attentive person.
