The update is finished, but It's actually in the hand of someone else for proofreading and beta testing since 4 days. You have to understand this is ~5000 lines of dialogues full of engrish and typo that must be corrected. Then all the script have to be reviewed, because if you just mess with some symbol like " " the script and game will crash. And you don't want to download a 3gb update that crash to then wait again for me to upload a new bug free version. Since the begining of my work I never released a bugged update.

Well its probably because he needs the money. He's just a one man team and something has to pay the bills and if he did this for free then he would need a job which then intern will lead to content for this game not coming out that often since he has to focus on that.
