This feature is available in the old interaction system. It will be added to the new one soon. To switch to the old interaction system, open Options and turn off New interaction system.

Is there any way to influence NPC in 0.019 (chnage their sexual preference, convince them get surgery, etc)? Because I'm not seeing any.
