Re: the autopsy, pathologists often post interesting cases on social media, but it's usually glass slides, not autopsies for ~obvious fucking reasons.~ Trainees or medical students often follow these accounts, it's a way to supplement their training and see unusual cases that might not pop up in their training. This guy is a lunatic, lmao. I do admin for a pathology department and would be the person answering the call from the parents if this had happened where I work, I cannot IMAGINE the reactions the admin staff must've had when they found this out. Guarantee he was violating every policy on the books and HIPAA all at once. Also the guy that divorced his wife after seeing her intestines is weak.😤
