A little behind the scenes note: One of the challenges in working with Daz3D is selecting assets (figures, clothes, props, environments, etc) for your scenes - and making sure that they are going to work. In this scene, and another that is coming up soon, I made a choice that ended up not working right - but by the time I discovered the problem, I had already used the asset in an earlier pic. In this scene, I had not intended for Lara to be nude - although it works - she was supposed to still be in the hospital gown. But the gown was an old (Geneses 3 vs Genesis 8) wardrobe item that just wouldn't lay flat when Lara was lying down... it was basically a cone. I tried messing with DForce and manipulating the clothes with some tools... but nope, it looked severely messed up. So, Lara gets nude a few slides before I had originally planned... ahh, the struggles of being a new-ish (although it's coming up on a year, I still have a lot to learn) digital artist...
