I have accepted defeat 😭 (sorta)

I haven’t given up on it completely as you seen on my previous WIP, I have technically got it working in game and it looks great, however the model above is completely different and looks 1000x better, from the texture to the model itself.
Going from Blender assets to in-game package files has really been humbling but I have decided that I will proritize the blender version of this shoe, and if I have the motivation, I will finish of the package file, not much is left to do but work on texture and LODS (level of detail). so the blender version will be out in a couple days, I will work on a showcase image and a suede swatch in the meantime.
I will also make a shoe base (socks and without socks) that you can use to rip your sim so you do not have to fiddle with it when it comes to blender, I am not sure if I am the only one who finds it very difficult to attach feet to my sim in blender due to sliders/presets 😭
I have learnt many lessons and learnt a cool new technique to add stitching texture without the ridiculously high polycount used in MD, so not all is lost 😊
RANT OVER!
