Butler & Co
🕑 Added 2025-12-20 17:16:08 +0000 UTCToday I want to shine the spotlight on a British boatbuilding business that means a lot to me; Butler & Co was my first real boatbuilding employment after my apprenticeship, and Ashley Butler and his colleagues became important teachers and mentors. Over the years I've gone back and worked for them on various different boats, in various yards, and I've always learned something new from the wonderful work that they do.
Butler & Co is still going strong with a team of traditional boatbuilders and marine professionals working out of their boatyard in Penpol, Cornwall - just around the corner from Falmouth. They are ready to take on new projects - big or small; refit, repair, or new build. If you have any questions at all, you can look them up or I can put you in touch. Cheers!

Nice photos! I liked those episodes where you returned there to visit with Ash and work on his ferry project.
