Underfall Yard Fundraiser
🕑 Added 2025-12-02 17:32:14 +0000 UTCMany of you will be familiar with the Underfall Yard in Bristol - a small but active boatyard that is a really important part of our historic waterfront. I started my apprenticeship here in 2010, helping to build one of the Pilot Cutters in this photo.
Underfall Yard was tragically damaged in an arson attack in 2023, and the building where I used to work was burned to the ground. The Underfall Yard Trust are raising money to start rebuilding the yard - work is scheduled to start in December of this year, but they still need to raise another £100,000!
