UPDATE ON IDOL BRAND POWER REPORT
🕑 Added 2024-08-23 09:43:40 +0000 UTCJUST FINISHED REVIEWING BUSINESS REPORTS OF LUXURY BRANDS!😓
Very interesting. You will be surprised with some insights from the brands themselves.
I'll do the video and upload it tomorrow.
I can, however, say BTS definitely either saved some brands or pushed them to heights they have never seen before. BOTTEGA is just a really an outlier since they changed their business and marketing strategy drastically.
Someone requested to include Chanel. I'll talk about it a bit tomorrow but for 2023, Chanel credited their growth to brand ambassadors Timothée Chalamet and Whitney Peak .
I cannot show ALL the reports I got but I will share the ones I was told I can share.
Attached is the report Chanel provided its stakeholders and finance media people.
If you are wondering about Jennie, her demographic is mostly Asian. That's her "role" in Chanel, to grow the young Asian market along with others.
Chanel, I am not sure if you know this, appealed to the silver women more. Jennie, along with other Asian celebrities, successfully pulled a little bit of the young market. Note that China and Japan are almost always treated as separate regions from the rest of Asia in terms of marketing. They have their own set of ambassadors and marketing campaigns there. Jennie is mostly on the Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Korea, Singapore, and a few other Asian countries.
Video tomorrow!
MY NEXT GOAL IS TO FIND SOME SORT OF REFERENCE OR STATS TO KNOW HOW MUCH BT21 SELLS. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I'm in for BT21! Saw a conversation the other day where someone said they love BT21 but they don't like TinyTan.

Silver? Also, BTS is extremely powerful. They can change the course of a business, especially if its declining. Just Jimin and JK kayaking at some random podunk dock flooded them with more business than they can handle. The boys didn't even mention the place! Thats insane. I bet the owner is now a huge Army, lmao. I say: welcome to the fandom my dude!
