INACCURATE HEADLINE
🕑 Added 2024-06-02 03:20:42 +0000 UTCThe default english translation of the original article stated that it was a "former HYBE industry official" said HYBE has no intention of settling with Min Heejin. It also said HYBE has not responded as of May 31.
NOTE I am not saying HYBE has intentions of settling, I am simply saying that default english translation of the original article is not consistent with their headline.
HYBE's last statement was made on the day the temporary injunction was handed to MHJ. The lawyer said they will pursue other ways within the bounds of the law. After that, they haven't released a statement.
