NOTE: all my Korean friend are asleep. So, I had to rely on AI to translate the article and then just correct it myself. I will try to translate the actual text message. Note that I am not fluent in Hangeul.
The nickname of the female shaman born in 1973 is ‘Jiyoung 0814.’ Ms. Lee (the Shaman) is a personal acquaintance of CEO Min, and she runs a temple in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
TV Daily obtained text messages exchanged between CEO Min and shaman ‘Jiyoung 0814’ and reconstructed the details.
On March 24, 2021, more than three years ago, 'Jiyoung 0814' advised CEO Min that 'the company can be brought over as if it were a corporate merger in three years.' The audit happened in April which matches the “prediction” of the shaman.
In a text message dated April 2021, when CEO Min joined Hive as CBO (Corporate Brand Chief), CEO Min expressed that “‘she wanted to have' something as soon as she joined the company. The time is April 2024, and what I want to have is my own label.”
CEO Min believed that she was communicating with her deceased sister through the Shaman. The Shaman also told MHJ that the spirit wanted her to work for Hybe so MHJ should hire her.
The Shaman was involved in ADOR’s management more intricately. MHJ and the shaman often talked about HYBE’s compensation, including put options. The Shaman also texted MHJ to ask for more than the ‘put options’ suggested by Hybe.
MHJ also texted the Shaman saying, “I think I can make money off the company like this”.
She told the shaman about her plans:
Steal a girlgroup
Win a negotiation by asking for 20 times the price
MHJ did asked the Shaman if she should take 20x the purchase price for her put option or to just take NewJeans. Shaman advised her to get the put option.
MHJ still asked HYBE to give her the right to terminate NewJeans’ contract and for the put option to be at 13 times the original amount.

Now, there is a part in this exchange that mentioned SM. This is the closest translation I can get given that my friends are all asleep now.
“Instead of doing it the same way SM did it, we have to end BTS right here. Strengthen your resolve everyday.”
It seems, SM tried to sabotage BTS before.
