We regret the actions of CEO Min Hee-jin, who issued a statement filled with personal sentiments during a critical time when an important legal decision is pending.
Although the artist expressed a desire not to be involved in this matter, CEO Min’s focus on the relationship with the artist to draw attention to the situation is highly inappropriate.
So far, CEO Min has obscured the core issues with emotional appeals and inflammatory language. Her recent statement continues this pattern, but her true intentions and actions are revealed through substantial evidence and facts.
CEO Min's conversation logs show numerous details about her contacts with various investors and her intentions to attract them.
There is clear evidence of attempts to seize management rights, irrational shamanistic management practices, and disparaging remarks about female employees and artists. These actions are highly inappropriate for a CEO and are serious grounds for firing.
We have not fabricated any material. The court has been informed that the data was obtained through proper procedures and the original documents were submitted. Despite this, CEO Min falsely claims to the media that the data was ‘illegally acquired’ and ‘fabricated’.
CEO Min should prioritize the interests of the artist and refrain from issuing media statements. Instead, she should respond to the audit and fully cooperate with the ongoing investigation and legal process.

Thank you for keeping us updated on the facts, Fairlane! You would have made quite the FBI investigator.

This statement couldn't be more clear that Hybe intends to stick to the factual evidence that they have receipts for. The second paragraph is especially compelling; it gives me the same feeling as "This is Bighit...there will be no leniency when it comes to protecting our artists." etc. The statement, to me as an international reader, shows Hybe's intention to be the adult in the room. This is a very straightforward & compelling argument, in my opinion.
