I dont know much, but I read somewhere that public opinion actually has weight in trail outcomes...which did surprise me. But it makes sense because MHJs case is based on emotional cultural stuff, and not much legal....

The hate on Bang PD is astounding. He runs a corporation with subsidiaries and to know every single face of all the young people who look alike, dress alike and style their hair the same is asking a lot. It's a made up reason to be upset and to put even more public pressure on Bang and company.
