June 2020 Newsletter
🕑 Added 2020-06-03 15:00:00 +0000 UTCI meant to write this newsletter a little sooner, but a lot has been going on both in the world at large and with my writing.
To start things off, I'm sure everyone is aware of what's going on in the US with the protests, riots, police brutality, etc. I'm not going to get political on this. Instead, I want to say that I hope all of you remain safe during this time.
Now, there are a few things I need to discuss in this newsletter.
I'm not sure if Patreon has made a huge announcement yet, but I received an email telling me that they have to charge patrons a sales tax based on where we live. While this upsets me, my understanding is they are trying to follow the law regarding taxes. I'm not sure what it means for everyone. However, I was required to fill out a lot of information regarding what kind of rewards each type of patron gets from me. It's quite possible that no one will get charged a sales tax since all I provide is digital...but I really don't know what each state considers taxable.
I also wanted to ask everyone if they enjoyed Arcadia's Ignoble Knight: The Lich King Part II? It doesn't seem to be doing very well on Amazon, with the least amount of reviews out of all my series. This makes me think I would be better of axing the series now instead of publishing new volumes that no one will like. I would personally like to keep publishing it. If anyone would like to see this series continue, please consider letting me know with an Amazon review. They are the best way to let authors know you enjoy their stories.
Incubus 1 just had its launch and it seems a lot of people are enjoying it. The series has already reached best selling status. Oddly enough, it's a best-seller in urban fantasy erotica, a category I did not place it in. I'm not sure what to think of this. However, since this series does have a lot of sex, I figured erotica is accurate enough. I want to thank you all for reading this, and I would especially like to thank the four people who have left a review so far. I'm hoping this series will become a fan favorite.
The last bit of news I have for you all is that Kirsten and I have signed a contract to create the American Kitsune manga/comic adaptation. I'm going to start posting sketches of what she sent me so far later today. I hope you guys will enjoy reading this as much as she and I enjoy making it.

I am happy you like that one. I hope everyone will enjoy it.

Incubus is one of my favorites very good mix of erotica and drama. Love the descriptions.

I super enjoy the Arcadia's Ignoble Knight series... I'm just so far behind in all my reading that I haven't got to it yet. Need to take some holiday's so I can catch up. With Last of Us Part II dropping this week I might get even further behind though :'(
Hopefully, Arcadia's Ignoble Knight will pick up. I really want to keep publishing it, but I also have to make sure I can afford to publish it.

I finished Incubus and it is a very interesting and fun read. I also left a review on Amazon as well. =_) I too hope it takes off and to read more in this series. I am bummed out about Arcadia's Ignoble Knight not doing well. I have not read it yet but bought it and starting it now. .... sorry had a few other books to read ahead of it. Best of wishes to you.
Thank you. I hope you can enjoy both. :-)
I'll do my best.
That's much appreciated. It's the one series I really worry about.
Currently Man Made God 001, A Most Unlikely Hero 3, and WIEDERGEBURT 2 are all under audiobook production.
Same as others, working through my monthly author/series rotation, IK is next on my list to consume :) or maybe Incubus based on this newsletter. ;)

Hello. Any news on when we can expect more audiobooks of your work?

Can't wait for the manga. As for ignoble Knight I read alot of authors and haven't gotten into the series yet. Plan to but there you go. Keep up the good fight.
