Might as well toss something in but softlocks tend to happen whenever an opponent uses an ability on turn 2. Doesn't matter the difficulty, doesn't matter the deck

There's a few bugs with the deck builder locked cards, but the packs include card fragments. After combining 3 fragments (happens automatically) 1 card is added. Sorry for the confusion and I plan on making that more obvious in the future updates ⭐

Every time I open packs most of the cards arent added to the deck builder as options, and I can add some cards with a lock but Im not sure if that is intended

Just letting you know stella is having a bug where she will not make another turn on hard mode, I will start by attacking her and she will make a move or two and then the game soft locks forcing me to quit the match. I've tried reloading the match and game and it still happens. This appears to only happen on hard difficulty with custom decks though it has happened on the preset decks as well.
