Bottomless Mines Update - Dialogue System + Broken Code
🕑 Added 2024-04-28 14:46:54 +0000 UTCGood new and bad news!
Good news is the Dialogue System is working in-game and will trigger when you unlock Relics. I've also added dynamic variables to the Tool Tips so that you can quickly see important information before clicking a button. It's pretty standard in games but it's new to me 💪
Bad news is the game broke into a hundred pieces and I've been hard at work putting it back together again. I'm about halfway back to where I was before 😭 I decided to put it together in an easier way to make sure all these new advanced systems can work properly. This is a good learning experience for me so I don't see it as much of a loss 🙏
I'm trying to get the update out by next week! After this set-back, it should still be doable but I'm a bit disappointed in myself for letting it get to this point 😭 Send me your good vibes and we'll win!
