[New Project Preview] - STRIP Smashdown💥
🕑 Added 2023-06-03 20:10:37 +0000 UTCAbout
Along with STRIP Cards v0.14, I'm also going to begin working on my next long project: STRIP Smashdown! This new project will feature all new characters and new gameplay from my previous games.

[Unfinished Designs of the new characters]
The new characters will be set in a tribal-fantasy setting. The story will be based on a fighting tournament that all the contestants hope to win.

Gameplay will be a side-scrolling action game with 2D graphics and physics. Each battle will have two phases that switch between each other once conditions are met: Battle Phase and Grapple Phase. In the Battle Phase, both fighters deal damage to each other and dodge each others' attacks until one of them reaches 0HP. Once one player reaches 0HP, the Grapple Phase begins.

In the Grapple Phase, the fighter with 0HP is the defender, while the other fighter is the aggressor. The defender will attempt to block attacks from the aggressor in a mini-game. If the attacks are mostly defended against, the aggressor will be knocked backwards and dealt significant damage, as well as stunned for a short duration. If the aggressor wins the Grapple Phase, the defender loses an article of clothing (one of three) and her HP will be refilled to maximum. This will continue until one player is stripped naked.
I'm looking forward to bringing more updates of this project to you, along with the regular STRIP Cards updates~!

Hoping to get it running on mobile as well, but may not be optimized for the first version. We're still quite early in development, but I'm sure we'll get it running soon!

Will this work for Mac or windows only like the card game?
