Arachne Race (Beta)
🕑 Added 2021-11-03 01:29:45 +0000 UTCI made this race specifically for one of my own characters. The concept and character both already existed in Oblivion.
"Ariadne is a spider daedra who became stranded and masterless after the closing of the last of the gates during the Oblivion crisis."
As the race already existed for Oblivion, I have now managed to recreate it for Skyrim with a few differences:
- I've implemented a "hatch eggs" system where this race generates eggs over time, and they can be used on enemies to spawn spiderling temporary minions.
- The eyes have fully conformed tri files, enabling their use on RaceMenu as well as mfg expressions.
- For now, there is no male version, but that might be one of the things that evolves from the Beta, as well as vampire quest compatibility.
- I made race presets mostly based on the default nord ones, but I also edited the sliders just a tiny bit in the form of the first and most basic edits I tend to do when making all my characters.
- I do plan on making a fully public release, but while it's on development, I'd rather keep it available to only Patrons and Frens. I'd appreciate feedback, and thank you all for the support : )
