The best thing to do is not to ignore your body. I live with chronic pain and fatigue. I know all too well how easily the body can betray you. But we'll still be here when you're ready to continue. I'm willing to wait a while. Please take time for yourself.

Oh dear, I'm so sorry to hear that. I guess it's an "occupational hazard" of doing what you do so intensively! I hope it heals up soon, but please be careful not to aggravate the injury again. I'm sure when you're so passionate about what you do it's very difficult to "hold off" and pace yourself when you're working, taking frequent rests and screen breaks, but please do try to or you do risk damaging your long-term health. My subscription has now expired, sadly before I had a chance to see Sergi in all his glory, but I guess it will still be there if and when I rejoin again in the future. Look after yourself!
