*I* prefer height and muscle growth both. I'm really into macro. In fact, if you would be amenable to do a video of a bodybuilding competition and one bodybuilder was both exploding in muscle size and growing in height with other guys on stage, well, that would make my day. :-) But all of your stuff is amazing.
