Give as in let her transform into it or give as in let Gohan plow her in that form? Because Videl is only human, so she doesn't have that transformation. Only Ultra Instinct and its variants.

Ohhhh ok so is it like he transforms and the Tail comes back and when he reverts it disappears again? Or does he permanently have his tail back from the meditation?
