Yes. In the Golden Age timeline, Videl acquires Ultra Instinct. Not Goku. As you can see in the text, Goku was wiped from existence by the Wild Hunt invasion during the Super arc.

Lol. Only way. I don't like how permanent death has been pretty much erased from DBS to keep the rating down for kids.
