Sugar is a diminutive, childlike officer of the Donquixote Pirates, despite being much older due to her Devil Fruit powers. She possesses the terrifying Hobi Hobi no Mi (Hobby-Hobby Fruit), which allows her to transform anyone she touches into a toy. This ability comes with the cruel side effect of erasing the transformed person from everyone's memories, and it also permanently stops her own aging. Sugar's seemingly innocent appearance belies a mischievous and ruthless personality, as she diligently protects the secrets of the Dressrosa underworld for Donquixote Doflamingo.
